What can I say, other than absolutely amazing, from the start to finis. The staff were so attentive and welcoming. The service was fantastic. This is the second time that I have had the pleasure of enjoying an afternoon tea here. The staff even remembered my last visit when I mentioned a particular tea that I had. He could remember it in an instant. The afternoon tea was delightful and my friend who has never been before enjoyed it thoroughly, she was even surprised with the additional birthday treat that she received. They did not rush us to eat and let us take our time and enjoy the ambience of the afternoon. I had left an item behind in the restaurant and they kept it secure until I returned, which I was very grateful for.

Can not recommend this afternoon tea enough. Venue and general atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had someone in our party with an allergy, and they checked up on it several times. Nothing was too much trouble. Afternoon tea was delicious, food fresh and tasty and plenty of variety. Will definitely be back to visit soon.

Went for afternoon tea which was wonderful. Had a bottle of champagne too. Out server , Mo was very attentive and helpful throughout our time there . Overall a very enjoyable experience and we will return.
