   Exceptional service, very fast for Easter Sunday. Delicious food, large portions and piping hot. Lovely home made desserts too. Had a memorable meal with family and will definitely come back again. We loved the ambience and the posh cutlery and white tablecloths too!

   The food is consistently good -- have never found fault with it in many years of going to The Linny. Lovely atmosphere and very attentive wait staff and always a warm welcome. Our first choice of dining.

   delicious meal great choice of food everyone was very pleased. Staff and landlord were most helpful and as always made us welcome We all highly recommend the Linny it never changes its high quality food and service cant wait to go again

   Come here often. One of the best roast dinners at a restaurant and all the food is lovely. Love the old building with a lot of history it's like stepping back in time. Very friendly staff.

   Busy Sunday lunch experience; staff very welcoming but rushed service not to personal. Waited 3/4 hour for food to arrive and cook to order meal good but Sunday roast Luke warm veg hot and roast potatoes excellent. Portion size good but presentation and constituency for the older customer and I am 70.
