Lovely restaurant. Food was impressive and great value! Will definitely return!
Upstairs lacked atmosphere but good for a party to take over. Downstairs more fun
The restaurant staff were very helpful and the food was decent however not particularly great value for money.
Family supper. Good location and spleasant service. Food middling (chips were not very nice at all for example). Very expensive in the circumstances. Wouldnt go again as there is plenty of choice locally.
Nice staff. Good food reasonably priced. Quick service
Enjoyable evening. Good quality food and excellent service.
Perfect neighborhood restaurant--in the middle of Mayfair! It's both chic and friendly, not extravagantly expensive, nice mix of comfort food and well-judged creative dishes. Veggie friendly. And it's quiet so you can have a conversation with your friends. It's a gem.
Our favourite place .
Fresh food, nicely presented , not rushed .
A warm welcome upon arrival, and friendly efficient service. The menu offered a good selection of dishes and the food was delicious and well cooked. I’ve eaten here many times over the years and it has always been consistent. Great value for money in an informal and relaxed environment.
Exactly what we wanted - an opportunity to have a good meal withe old friends. We went upstairs which was much quieter. Food well judged; service helpful and friendly without being obtrusive..
Second time I've been to the little square. It's a gem. Small and cozy, but not too much so, great ambiance, lovely food. Best French onion soup too.
Lovely intimate place which is best on a week day as opposed to Friday /Saturday ONLY because its a snug place and you make friends with your neighbours very quickly. Food however very good... we had the cod and chips.. Food plentiful hot and tasty. Don't drink but wine list extensive and unobtrusive service. Go!
This is a new find, slightly quirky but with an excellent atmosphere and friendly service. The menu is imaginative, reasonably priced, offering just enough different choices, and the standard of cooking is everything it should be. It can be a little cramped for larger people like me, but the favourite table (not saying which) has additional space and was kept for me when asked for.
I'm looking forward to next time.
Never disappoints our go to place for a delicious supper.
small but cute and cozy very inviting, better upstairs to get the view of the square.
staff very attentive with quick service and great food
I have invited friends here several times and never been disappointed. The menu looks a little bland but the daily specials are reliably good. Probably not attractive to children.
A very pleasant evening at this small restaurant with a solid wine menu. The restaurant is quite intimate but that also means it is not noisy. Conveniently located near the Chesterfield Mayfair.
What a charming place! Kind staff, delicious food and great atmosphere.
A great little bistro offering a limited menu with a specials board. Great food with a lovely ambience.
As always another lovely long lunch with friends. Great food and service. We’ll be back!
Arrived and greeted very nicely. Place was warm which conciderating you are sat close to the door was very nice. Nice menu. Food was served quickly. Food was hot and warm plates. Good service. Would recommend and would return when down in London
Small intimate but very casual local dining. A place to come back to with regularity.
Always the best each time we’re in London. Can’t go wrong here !!!
We were there two nights in a row. It's our favorite go to restaurant in London. Same chef for years along with the same manager. My wife had the coq au vin both nights and I had the Calves Liver the first night and the Duck the second night. All of the food came out hot and perfectly prepared.
This is a gem of a small neighborhood restaurant, with friendly service, fresh home style cooking and extremely reasonable prices for the Mayfair neighborhood.
Delightful small personalised restaurant offering great food, wine and service
As always, attentive, excellent food, brilliant, recognises me by now
We are fans of the little Square. When in London we stay at the Sheraton Park Lane and so a short walk. It is what I would term a first class neighborhood restaurant. No white table cloths but just great food and excellent service at a reasonable price for London. Comfortable relaxed environment. Nice menu and usually several specials.
The food wasn’t good and I had a stomachache afterwards. The waitress tried to cheat with a bill.
What a find, such a cute restaurant in a beautiful setting in the middle of London. We went for lunch before going to cinema, I had the crab liguine and my frend had pan fried Salmon, the food was excellent and not too pricey considering the area. The staff were friendly and attentive but not overly. Overall, a very pleasant lunch experience and will definately be returning
Fab food, good friendly service. will visit again.
The food and service was good. We were the only table inside the restaurant. It would have been better ambience if there were other diners.
Starters came within minutes so wasn’t sure if it was freshly made. Tasted ok though.
Lovely cosy restaurant and friendly waitress. Delicious meal .
Liked the atmosphere. Great service! Very friendly and attentive staff. Good wine selection. The food was absalutely perfect and met with all the diner's unusual wishes and allergies. Starting with fresh and crispy baguette served with black olives and tapanade; Grilled Chicken Breast , sliced tomatoes and steamed brocolli -( off menu); Macaroni cheese; Rib eye steak with incredible sause; Oven roasted duck breast- all was delicious! Definitaley will come back!
A wonderful experience. Great food simply served. Great Service. Ambience. In the heart of Shepard’s Market.
Try it. You’ll like it.
A gorgeous little spot in the Mayfair hideaway of the Shepherd's Market area. Cozy and sweet, with a select market menu ensuring you are getting the best the season has to offer. I've brought friends from the US here , who now visit on their own when in London as they love it so. The space inside looks small from the outside, but it expands into another dining area upstairs. Recommended dishes I've had so far: tomato risotto, grilled seabass, grilled hake. Service is lovely and genuine....it makes the most impatient of us (me) take a deep breath and enjoy.
Not bad value for the area
Best espresso martini I’ve ever had
Great meal. The restaurant has a very intimate feel. My mum and aunt were please with the liver and mash potato! Sea bass and lemon posset were also a hit.
Only down side was someone sitting right outside the open window smoking.
My wife and I found The Little Square while visiting Shepherd Market and went back the same evening for dinner. We were greeted by Marta and she was our server. We had a fabulous time! The food was outstanding. This is a wonderful restaurant and we will visit The Little Square again on our next visit. Highly recommended!! We are very thankful we had the privilege to dine at The Little Square!
Always a wonderful, warm welcome, cosy atmosphere and consistently delicious food. I will keep coming back!
