Amazing pumpkin pancakes and full English breakfast
One of my favourite places in London. Perfect, especially when it’s sunny and you get to sit outside, with excellent and healthy options for brunch, iced coffees and delicious desserts. Strongly recommend it.
Great food, great location and great service - will definately be back!
A very lovely place for brunch, my order was delayed for more than 35 minutes they apologized and removed the service charge without me asking. I love the way they treat their customers.
Great location and service. Food and the juices are amazing!
Service wasn’t the greatest but food was amazing.
It was perfectly nice and the people were are friendly in any way.
The food was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. Our server gave great recommendations and was extremely attentive to our needs. Overall an incredibly positive experience - I'll definitely be returning!
Had a lovely time! Food was delicious and staff friendly!
Great for brunch
The staff were fantastic, super thoughtful! Our waiter was Mike - he checked on us multiple times and was helpful with our orders. This was our first experiences at The Local's Cafe and we will definitely be back!
Service was excellent, food was delicious too
variety of food and good service. I would like to go again!
Just average, their instagram oversells them especially given the prices
I ordered a healthy salad with extra smoked salmon and halloumi, ingredients were fresh, proportions good but the dressing was a bit too sweet for me. Made the whole thing a bit bland. The same dressing was put on the grilled halloumi which ruined the taste a bit.
Service was very good and price in line with other places in Chelsea.
Such a great lunch spot, walking distance from victoria station & right by some canals. They have done a great job adapting to covid - and even provided blankets for outdoor dining.
Amazing food, and lovely team all made the visit really great!
A wonderful cafe in a quieter neighbourhood in Battersea. Stunning food, friendly staff, music in the evening, outdoor seating and lovely cafe delicacies one can buy to take home.
Amazing and attentive staff. Food was delicious and so well presented. A little on the expensive side but great experience. Would definitely recommend!
Lovely place, amazing food. Always a pleasure to go there
Love this place! Such a nice breakfast/Weekend place!
The pumpkin & feta croquettes were a perfect small dish to start, beef & truffle tortellini was to die for. All finished off with a large slice of honey cake and a glass of red wine. Lovely lunch in a lovely setting.
Lovely place, friendly staff!
Hope we can come back after the lockdown
Best pancakes in all London!! Amazing. Decoration wise very very cozy. Loved the place. Super recommended
The pumpkin pancakes are a must have! Sooooooooo good. My favourite item on the menu.
Buns and pancakes were amazing!
The place is a bit hidden inside a court yard between a block of flats.

Great food and location but I feel for the price you could get more food on your plate
The restaurant and location were lovely as a whole. We were just quite confused as we walked in as we didn't know whether we were meant to order at the counter or be shown to the table. A few seconds later we were shown to our table and given 2 bar codes to scan for the trace and track - not knowing one was the menu and another was for the trace and track. It took quite a while for them to take our order. When it came, the kale on the full healthy was too salty to eat. It also took them quite a while to take our payment so we didn't know if we were meant to pay at the till. Just a very confusing cafe/resto experience as a whole.
Food was great but the service isn’t great - such a shame because I really like this place
Food was great, but almost cold, and brought to the table progressively which did not help
The food was delicious as well and the place is lovely . Will def go back soon.
Very friendly and helpful staff. However, food was not worth the price and the wait. Small portions, overpriced and nothing special in terms of taste. The place was busy and we had to wait at least 30 minutes for our food to arrive.
Lovely food and amazing coffee. Service was a bit hit and miss but nothing to stop me returning
I've been going to The Locals for years and it has always been one of my favourite brunch places. I like that it is located in a place where there's not this crazy hustle and bustle, the cafe and surrounding area are very relaxed.
The restaurant itself has its own natural beauty, it's never trying too hard yet always looks aesthetically pleasing.
The food has always been great, over the years bits and bobs of the menu have changed but I have always loved the menu even with the new additions. Currently my favourite dish is the Shakshuka.
The waiters have always been so lovely and accommodating.
I should add it's an incredibly child friendly place to eat, the staff are great with kids and the cafe itself provides sanitised high chairs and kiddie crayons with colouring papers.
In these trying times the Cafe has been great accommodating to the Covid regulations and everything was highly sanitised regularly and everyone was sat at a distance, as well as masks being enforced whenever away from your table and staff wearing masks full time.
If you can't tell already I really love the The Locals Cafe.
Lovely brunch spot with great food. I want to go back and try the pancakes and other egg dishes.
Thank you :)
Great friendly staff, food lovely, perfect afternoon. Thank you so much
First time experience: the staff and food was exceptional
The food is the star. Every dish we ordered was tasty. I did feel some of the items were overpriced for what they offered but overall a very good experience
