   Wonderful discovery a short drive from london with telepathic service and pub food refined to its highest level. The staff went above and beyond to look after us, and it was hard to choose our favourite dish between cheese doughnuts, pork belly and the best roast potatoes I’ve had in a long time. And all at a very reasonable price!

   We celebrated my friend’s mom’s birthday here, and once again, everything was absolutely amazing. The food was incredibly delicious, and the service was top-notch, attentive, friendly, and professional. This isn’t our first time visiting, and every experience has been consistently excellent.    Good local restaurant in what is a barren area for good restaurants. Small menu in terms of choice but well balanced. Wine list is good but could have more classics from Bordeaux, Italy and Spain. All in all a good local restaurant.

   First time visiting as we were given a voucher as a gift for our son. The welcome was friendly from the get-go,staff attentive, food was excellent ,playlist a great choice of music.Quiet enough to have a conversation .Clean and well presented.Birthday card a thoughtful gesture as was the chocolate in the mouthwatering triffle.Would recommend it 100percent.Will definitely visit again.    Really excellent Sunday lunch! Attentive but relaxed service, delicious food and a very nice touch with a L&T card for our wedding anniversary. Altogether a lovely afternoon in the April sunshine.

    Was good to try. Expensive for average food and surroundings. Was hoping to have a great dining experience to mark a special occasion. I know the write up was that it is casual but thought there would be more to the food.
