First night out since lockdown, really enjoyed it, food and service were excellent and all proper Covid 19 processes followed so felt very safe
Staff were great, food was great, location was great
Great to eat out again. Tables nicely spaced and staff masked but still great atmosphere. Good food though menu seemed smaller than last time. I did have to send my steak back as very rare not medium rare which they sorted out quickly. Thanks!
Good food and service. A good night out since lockdown.
The food and service was good. The pub was much quieter since reopening so it lacked a bit of atmosphere. But it was great to get out locally with friends.
Food, service, everything couldn’t be faulted. Reality glad to be back!
Lovely Sunday lunch! Good service. Recommendd popping in.
Really friendly service, didn’t eat but had amazing wine and felt very safe
Excellent as always!
This is the nicest gastro pub/restaurant in East Dulwich with great food and excellent service. I have never had a disappointing meal but the wine list could do with a little shake up.
Had a cracking roast this past Sunday. All the food was terrific and service was warm and responsive. Can't wait to go again!
Lovely food. Quite expensive for a roast dinner but quality and cooking are excellent so the price is worth it. Have been here a few times now and will go again. Staff really friendly and helpful but not over bearing or pushy and we were not rushed despite only having a main course.
One of our favourite pub. Service is great. It is a bit more noisy/busy on Saturday night, but still a great athmosphere and service. Food is very good and good drink choice.
Great informal relaxed atmosphere, good posh pub food.
Normally, we love the LP but on Saturday it felt a bit different and not in a nice way for some reason. The service was a bit slower than usual. Our drinks order was forgotten. One of the staff looked like he was there after a long long shift or a party night as he was a bit spaced out. Also, a kitchen lady/chef was chewing a gum which I know is overly picky (sorry!), but they were serving food which I do not think is very hygienic especially when so visible.
The food was good, but we had better before. We will be back and we still like the pub, it's just felt very different to the other times we have visited.
Love this pub. Great staff, great food and lovely ambience. Tables are not too close together either so it’s very comfortable.
Nice chill place for a Sunday roast. Love that they have the Yakima Red on draft!
Good food and selection of wine , local pub which is moving ahead of the others when it comes to value for money and quality
Delicious food. Perhaps a little quiet but it was lunchtime. Excellent service.
This is our fourth or fifth time at the Lordship to eat (it’s a stone throw from home), and it never disappoints. We were concerned as the dining room was really busy with large tables and thought maybe the food wouldn’t be as good as normal but we were wrong. The waiting team were a little stretched given it was NYE but they delivered the food in a timely manner and always with a smile. We will be back and would highly recommend if you’re looking for good quality food in a lovely relaxed environment.
Great service on boxing day and delicious food - really nice chips, tasty gnocchi and plenty of space, even when the restaurant got fuller. A light, bright environment too.
Food took a long time but we did go at peak time! Maybe give free snacks on a Sunday to keep all happy!
Sunday roast there is the best in Dulwich, pork belly there is also amazing
that food, frankly, is fit. looked like there were lots of families, couples, and pals also feeling the same thing.
Great Sunday lunch, beef cooked perfectly. Service was a bit slow or dis-jointed, which is unusual. Overall good
The Sunday roast was absolutely amazing, good amount and delicious. Only disappointment second time round was being charged £4 for a coke (a soft drink!) - this seems to
Penalize responsible drinking
Nice food, excellent service and great ambience. Would definitely recommend.
Not a huge menu, but plenty of choice for everyone.
Food impeccably cooked, waitresses accommodating and friendly.
First visit, will go back. Felt comfortable there.
Had a super Sunday lunch here last weekend. Veggie option was tasty and one of the really good things about this pub is that it has a good number of tables so unlike some other places you do actually stand a decent chance of booking and eating here on the day. Other Sunday Lunch options include roast beef and belly port, and if you go off the roasts menu there’s really nice sea bass. Good option. Recommend it
Had an enjoyable meal with my wife and family kids included. Roast was lovely especially the lamb! Recommend to friends. Good atmosphere
Very friendly waiter. Nice light from the sun roof. Good very tasty vegetarian choices. A good time was had by all
Had a good mothers day lunch. The food was as usual a good standard and the pub is recommended.
The Lordship Pub was the perfect. Staff were very welcoming. The food and wine were excellent. Me and my 5 friends were able to eat drink and laugh in a great environment.
All was fab, except a large table of people plus young children which in the open space was too much. Literally couldn't hear people at my table...
Lovely roast, very tasty and reasonable
