Welcome to your neighborhood pub…
We value seasonal ingredients and work with regional farms to create locally sourced shareable small plates with a hint of Virginia inspired fare. Enjoy a whiskey with a cigar at our outdoor terrace bar. Overlook One Loudoun’s downtown plaza with a signature cocktail on our patio or cozy up with a pint next to our stone hearth in the dining room. Above all, we are a place to gather with friends and hide away.

Outstanding service . Food was very good . I had the burger that was very moist and flavorful. The bun did not over power the sandwich. The fries were a bit salty for me but very hot and firm . We will be back !
Who think lemon vinaigrette tastes good? Then if that wasn’t enough tang, there is goat cheese on the salad also. $9 for 5 ultra thin slices of ham was over the top as well. On a positive note, my wife enjoyed the gnocchi and we both liked the pork belly. Service was good overall also. But with that said, we won’t be going back.
Great place for a fun evening. Food was delicious and the waiter was awesome in guiding our choices. The one thing we didn’t like was comped by management and he really wanted to know our opinion on it. Drinks were also quite yummy.
Very unique spot in One Loudoun. Loved the atmosphere. Food was very good and creative cocktails, service was prompt and attentive. Great to have a place like this in Loudoun County.
It was great ambience, and excellent customer service!!!
The menu was limited but there were enough choices to find something we liked. We ate small plates only and for the most part they were pretty good. The drinks from the bar were tasty and the prices comparable to most restaurants in the area. The only significant issue was how loud the restaurant was and not just the musician but also just the customers. There are no soft surfaces to absorb sound making it hard to hear conversations.
We tried several small plates. The shrimp dish, heirloom tomatoes with blue cheese was excellent. The wings were okay as was the gnocchi sauce was good but the gnocchi itself was overcooked. I ordered a cosmo martini and it was okay, I couldn't taste the liquor. My friend order a kettleone martini with no vermouth and the bartender added vermouth. Disappointed in the drinks but great wine selection.
Drinks at bar with live music - very nice. Quieter atmosphere in dining room was a nice contrast to the bar. Had a great dinner and service. We will go back here on a regular basis. Very good!
Service was great! Some food items were amazing, only one in particular was overly salted (summer pasta). I could tell the pasta would've been good had it not been doused with salt.
We had the best time! Emma was amazing and very attentive! This was some of the best service we’ve had in the last two years.
Place is good. We got to sit outdoor. Camila , our waitress took good care of us. Food isn’t that great. The trout I ate has no flavor. Overall is okay.
Great cozy place and friendly staff. Get the crab dip!
Both food & drinks were great! This restaurant just became our new favorite!
Overrated. Appetizers were good but mains were not that good. Crab dip was excellent and drinks were good. Burger tasted like a Big Mac and the cauliower risotta was bland.
Our waitress was lovely, the food was delicious and we had a fabulous time. We'll be back!
This was our first time eating here. The scallops were amazing and so was the trout. We will definitely be back.
Jordan was our waitress and was so nice! Alex also stopped by to make sure our night was going well!
A new restaurant that is performing very well. The kitchen is creative and executes well. Nice cocktail menu - ordered 2 cocktails, one was delicious, the other was not balanced and exchanged it for a different drink. Very nice outdoor patio with various seating options/arrangements. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Loved the setting, food and service but the noise was almost unbearable- had to shout across the 2-top to my husband . No chance of a quiet dinner conversation. At first it seemed to be the amplified singer/ guitarist, but when she quit it got even louder, so it must be an acoustical issue. Too bad. We loved everything else.
Very nice atmosphere but noise level was entirely too loud. Had to shout to our dinner guests to be heard. Menu was limited. The "small plate" of scallops contained ONE scallop...not worth the price.
Great atmosphere. The burger was outstanding.
Enjoyed the food. Several selections for tapas (small plates). Not too many options for large (entrée) plates. However, small plates were great for sharing and trying out a variety from the menu. Everything we ordered was delicious (mixed green salad, crab dip, pork belly, pan seared scallop w/ farrotto, deviled eggs, and crème brûlée. There was only one scallop which we did not expect. I'm not sure that it was shareable. Jalapeno margarita was pretty spicy with fresh jalapeno. Service was great overall. Highly recommend making reservations. I heard great things about their burger. I would try the burger next time and a few other tapas. Would also like to try their brunch menu.
We tried several of the small plates and each one was amazing in its own right, even the grilled asparagus, which I did not expect to be wowed by (who even says that about asparagus??)! Our server Jordan was great. Drinks and dessert were well made too. Will definitely be back.
We visited The Lost Fox for a friend’s birthday dinner, and every single person at the table LOVED their entree (we all ordered different things). The food was excellent and unique - great flavor, quick to the table, lovely plating. Drinks were a little strong, but still good. Our server was wonderful and she even brought out a birthday dessert for our friend on the house. Great experience - we will 100% be back.
Very cool place. Chef driven menu with thoughtful flavor combinations that were perfectly executed. Dining outside with the view was like the cherry on top. We will be back, had a great meal and experience.
We really enjoyed the appetizers and drinks. Recommend the BBQ rubbed shrimp, Crab dip, and scallop. Very good time and friendly attentive staff.
Food and cocktails are creative, fresh, and delicious.
So fun.my new fave spot!
Everything was wonderful from the live music to the cocktails and small plates
What a great place, once you find the door, as it is upstairs over another restaurant. Bar area is loud, outside rooftop seat available. We ate in the main dining area which is not large, but not noisy either. My wife and I shared small plates which were very good. Our waitress was engaging and helpful, actually an enhancement to the dinner. Will go again!
Cynthia gave care of us. She’s amazing. Loved the atmosphere.
The Lost Fox is a great place, convenient location and amazing food. Love the feel of the place as well. The drinks are competitively priced but the small plates are extremely costly for the very small amount of food they provide.
Given how far out I had to make reservations for a Saturday dinner, I may have allowed my expectations rise higher than they should have been. The food, while creatively plated and prepared, was pretty average at the end of the day. I would go back again and order different small plates to see if there are things I would like better than what I had the first time. The ambiance is very nice and relaxing, service was on point.
Perfect setting! Great food and atmosphere. Will be back soon
Great vibe, great food and drinks, very engaging and friendly staff- waitress, hosts, mgt, bartender.
We'll be back!
Food was good. Ambiance better.
Staff were great and personable
Overall, this is a beautiful and elegant restaurant with just the right amount of local rustic culture. Food was delicious, and staff and service were great.
everything about the restaurant was wonderful. the decor is so warm and inviting!
This was my second time at the restaurant and had the same waiter who is excellent ...he is very friendly and very efficient. I love the ambiance ...the first time we sat outside and this last time we sat in the dining room and both areas were very pleasant. The food was excellent..overall, a great experience!
