We went early so fairly quiet. I was expecting higher quality of food & better presentation. Starter was nice but my main (Chicken) was dry & was a bit disappointed with my dessert.

the setting needs a major facelift (zero character or personality), but the servers are very friendly and the food was quite good. they have a nice outdoor seating area, but as with almost every other place in Europe, it's dominated by smokers so is basically off limits to non-smokers. hence, we were stuck inside in a drab, characterless setting. very good apps and entrees (salads, fish and pasta) will bring us back.

Excellent staff who remember you! Their service is discreet and attentive. Food consistent with the hotels reputation . Ambiance can be a little lacking as with most hotels but if you want reliable food and service take advantage of the deal.

I understand why Lowndes bar and Kitchen has an OpenTable deal - it's the only way you can entice someone to eat in this drab, lonely unloved and depressing hotel restaurant. Our waiter, Ash, tried so hard to look after us in style and the food was absolutely fine but uninspiring. This place needs a massive make-over.

We had a very nice lunch here. The 15% service charge looked steep at first but they halved that as part of the 50% off offer. A lot of restaurants charge the full amount. Service was very good, food was very good just not very adventureous. They specialise in Chicken Tikka Masala , steaks and other English dishes. The two dishes we had were £25 each on the menu but the whole bill came to £60 for starters and main courses, plus wine and coffee with the 50% off offer. I love puddings but this was the first time in a nice restaurant that I could not possibly have managed one. The portions are excellent and plenty for anyone. The ambience is quiet and probably not best for children, very pleasant and good value experience though.

First time visit to this eaterie and with 50% off seemed to make this good value for Knightsbridge. My client and I both had scallops to start then pasta and sea bass. Well presented and full of flavour. This was all topped by good service by our chatty waiter. Even though it was quiet for lunch, it is a good spot. Will definitely come back and experience al fresco at the rear terrace which is very highly rated.

It may not have helped that i dined at 9pm and that there were only 7 other diners in the restaurant, but it had the feel of a non descript hotel eatery, which was surprising for such a top end chain. The food was very good though - pasta dish main followed by sticky toffee pudding, both were very tasty and at the 50% off deal, represented really good value.

Went for pre-Cadogan Hall dinner, accommodating staff anxious to help, pleasantly lively citrus warm chicken salad, surprisingly chunky shepherds pie homely if lacking a bit of umami, delicious lightly bruleed mascarpone cheese cake, very comfortable environment if eating solo.

Perfect place to meet a friend for lunch, we were well received and were lucky enough to be able to sit outside (in March!). It was quiet and the service was good. The piece of liver I had was not particularly good quality, but was well cooked. Overall it was a good experience.

We enjoyed the meal. The food selection is small. We decided to go for steak and burger, enjoyed both. The starters - salmon parcels and scallops were really wonderful though. The best part if the place is definitely service, lovely ambiance and great location.

A charming small hotel within 5 minutes of Harvey Nichols but at half the price. A good selection of wine under £30 a bottle and the a la carte menu covers all the bases.

The restaurant has a good atmosphere and the service was excellent. Our starter of soufflé was a little dry but the main of chilli garlic prawns was delicious. With 50% off the food it was reasonable.

Went for a pre theatre meal on new year eve and found a great deal (3 courses for £20 + glass of prosecco) The service is excellent and the food really out of the box and tasty The venue is a bit small but cosy and the hotel where the restaurant is in is well located. Just a few minutes walk to Royal Albert Hall.

I booked a 3 course meal with a glass of prosecco but when we arrived, which was too late too start looking elsewhere, we were told that Top Table hadn't updated the offer! Instead we were offered an alternative menu, not quite as good and no prosecco for the same price. Quite frankly I'd rather have left but when you're seated and coats removed and then told this what do you do! The food was very good, the head waiter was brilliant but we were disappointed with Top Table, who still haven't responded fully to my complaint, just asking for proof of booking! Since they've been taken over the service is rubbish and no phone line either... Steve

APPALLING!!!! Ruined our Christmas. It will be very difficult to trust a booking through Top Table again On Christmas day we arrived and were seated at our table after presenting our booking reference. The waiter then presented us with a menu at a much higher price than the one we had booked through Top Table. We had booked the Christmas menu. They refused to acknowledge this saying they were not running the Top Table offers on Christmas Day. We said that on the 24th we had received a further confirmation of booking from them through Top Table but the Food and Beverage Manger was most unhelpful and said that there was nothing he could do. We left in disgust. AN ABSOLUTE SCAM BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Booked the Lowndes Bar and Kitchen for lunch. What a place ! They did not seem to have any idea that I had booked . I booked the £19.00 menu for 3 courses . Upon arrival they presented me with a £34.00 menu when I asked what happened to the £19.00 menu the waiter started raising his voice saying toptable does not keep in touch with them they dont have this menu etc.... He then proceeded into telling me always with a raised voice that I could have another menu for £20.00 but still more or less screaming said that although there was a glass of prosecco with that menu he would not serve it for us. My daughter and I were absolutely speechless and decided to leave this awful establishment. An explanation from Toptable would be much appreciated .

We chose the set menu which was £20 for three courses and a glass of Prosecco. The portion sizes were very generous and I left most of my main course. The flavour however, was amazing and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting a slightly off the main street, stylish restaurant.

Dining alone on a Friday evening, I went to Lowndes Restauran t in the Jumeirah Hotel in Lowndes Square. The menu offered a reasonable choice of Btritish dishes and a separate list of ethnic dishes, which might have proved a better choice. The restaurant was quite empty but the service very attentive and helpful - the food was uninspired.

Mimoas Restaurant - we sat out on the street, it was packed on the terrace, nice weather. Food was average but cooked well. Without the TT discount would have been very expensive. Service was attentive but very slow.

Mimosa in Lowndes Sq - This is great value for lunch in this area with the 50% off voucher - extremely friendly waiter who could not do enough for us and we felt guilty paying so little in the end. Risotto was good as was the club sandwich which was logistically difficult to eat but good none the less.

Mimosa Bar and Restaurant is 5min walk from Knightsbridge, great location. Food was great and the TT offer of 50% off food worked very well. It was a little quite but perfect if you want to catch up and talk.
