The Natural Kitchen Baker Street
leisurely place that can be used for a lunch stop in the city as well as casual business lunch.
We stopped at the Natural Kitchen for a Saturday brunch after some shopping on Oxford Street. The place was busy, very busy and a bit noisy. Service was truly fabulous, the waitresses on duty that day were clearly busy were kept smiling and were extremely helpful. So a big thanks to them.
In terms of food, the Natural Kitchen is very healthy and we enjoyed our food. We actually treated ourselves to some pudding, and both ours were amazing (the chocolate torte is wonderful). Recommended.
I do recommend Natural Kitchen for a laid back evening or noon with family or friends
Although there was a slight bump in that I was told I hadn’t advised them of any dietary requirements despite it being in my booking form; everything was quickly resolved. The manager made an effort to make sure I was catered to. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with dietary requirements.!
Met friends for a meal.
Good menu with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.
I had the fish cakes which were very tasty, big and filling.
We enjoyed a few cocktails too.
Service was a little slow, although it was generally nice not to be rushed as were catching.
The food was decent but not spectacular, unfortunately we were let down by the service though. The servers seemed nice people but it was tough to get their attention even though it wasn't busy.
The food was fantastic and all 6 people in our party enjoyed the food very much. Great atmosphere and service also.
Superb quality food with lots of choices especially for those with health conditions who need to find suitable food to eat.
We had a lovely big table in the corner, we felt looked after and comfortable there.
Great meze starter. The mushroom bolognese lacked flavour. Otherwise nice atmosphere and good service
Interesting, healthy food. Friendly service, great atmosphere. Will come back
Service was very good, especially with a fire alarm that ended up being a false alarm. Food is good and they accommodated our request for a quieter corner spot.
Good Vegan options...
Food was a bit bland, vegan pancakes were more like chewy dry bread than pancakes. Portion sizes were quite small. Healthy food doesn't have to be bland or boring, but here unfortunately that was the case.
Yes i would recommend, it wasn’t bad overall but I did have my bag stolen there so watch your possessions
Very noisy, short on staff. Food portion minute and served lukewarm. Avocado on one plate just “thrown” on plate. Service charge Automatically added. Won’t go again. I can get a better brunch in Portobello road in a nice ambiance for almost half the price.
Lovely looking place with an excellent breakfast menu, however the service was very bad. We dined as a party of 6 on a Sunday morning, and were seated around a corner at the front, which we felt meant we were ignored or forgotten for most of our meal.
One of us frequently had to go and find a server to remind them of things that had been forgotten, to give us the bill, and for someone to come and collect our payment! We could have been sitting for hours otherwise.
When our food did come (which all came at different times) my poached eggs were hard in the middle and I could tell it had been sitting around for a while. It's such a shame the service let it down so badly as it could have been a really lovely breakfast.
Nice atmosphere with tasty and well presented food.
The waiter we had was absolutely lovely and on time. Server our food in a wonderful way and checked on us if we needed anything. Really happy with the service the food was great too.
Really good find. I would absolutely recommend it. It has a really nice ambience. We arrived at 6.30pm and left at 10pm. We didn’t get anyone trying to turf us out after 90 minutes, despite it being a Friday evening.
Overall an okay experience, had slightly higher expectations from what I read online and found the service in particular not overwhelmingly friendly. The food was okay, however I expected even more glutenfree choices. Also when making the booking, you can indicate whether it is a special occasion etc. I did indicate this was a special dinner, however no comment was made throughout our dinner, so I’m not sure why I indicate on the booking notes if it will be ignored. As mentioned, an okay experience but will probably not be back.
The food was very nice - fresh ingredients, well cooked and well presented. I had tuna loin with salad, which was perfectly cooked - seared and pink in the middle. Staff were courteous and efficient. We were seated in a quieter area, which was nice as it was a bit noisy on the other side of the restaurant.
We had a great time. The service and staff were friendly and helpful and the food delicious.
Only if they were in the area. The staff were polite but it took a good 15 minutes for us to get their attention to order, we were one of 4 tables. This slow service continued throughout.
The freshness this time proved right as the Eggs Benedict were to die for and the smoothies had the perfect balance of substance + liquidity.
Lovely breakfast, great selection of food and drink options, friendly staff
Great service, wonderful food, beautiful decor. Found via Google maps and the menu looked fabulous.
Order Fish and Chips! Was tasteless and bland!
I had a cooked breakfast and really enjoyed it. The service was prompt without being overbearing. My waiter was flexible and happy to substitute scrambled egg for fried. My only dissatisfaction was that the cappuccino tasted rather bland.
Very expensive for what it is. It’s more like a cafe but two smoothies and a burger and a salad came to over £50!
We have been here several times. The food is very good but we felt this time that it was expensive and did not represent value for money.
Very average food. Nice clean, airy restaurant, good location, pleasant staff.
Was a great place to eat with attentive staff and excellent food choices.
Always great when I come here for lunch.
Enjoyed coming here, it has a wide menu range and nice food.
After several great breakfasts and lunches, disappointing venue for dinner with relatives. Two main courses were average to poor and service was slow. Noise level so loud we couldn't hear and opted to shouting across the table. Will keep on my list for breakfast only.
I had a fantastic salmon salad on my first visit, so returned very soon afterwards due to convenient location for client entertaining. Very disappointing chicken caesar salad on second visit - tasteless dressing and chicken was very poor quality.
Very good restaurant with well presented high quality dishes. We often go for breakfast or brunch and we’re never disappointed. Friendly staff and a nice relaxing atmosphere.
I have visited there this Friday night and ordered a simple ceaser salad. The bread in the salad was too dry/stale so it was hard to chew. Also the chicken had no taste at all.
The staff were really slow, every time we wished to order I needed to go and find a waitress. I think part of the problem is that the restaurant is cashless, so tips have to be paid by card, which makes me think that perhaps staff don't actually receive the tips and therefore they aren't motivated to do a good job.
