The Natural Kitchen Trinity Square
I am continually surprised with the quality of food at many places in London. You would have thought that with all the competition every experience would be great, but it is not the case. £3.25 for a pot if fresh lemon and ginger tea. No fresh ginger though. When I queried this I was told, it's only the lemon that is fresh. She added some more Ginger for me, cannot rememer in what form it was, but not cheap as you day, but also not great quality. I had eggs royal. Unfortunately the lemon squeezer was served with one side full of hollandaise sauce, so a little more attention to detailed required. The pot of breakfast tea was virtually tasteless.
Provenance and quality you state. In my opinion the quality needs to be reviewed by a few experienced tea drinkers. Nice environment and people OK, but I think you need a few mystery shoppers to check out if our experience was a one off. I hope it was. I do not mind paying for quality, but it has to be the whole package, ambiance, people and the food.
Nice quiet restaurant, friendly service and good food.
Third time eating here - 3 years apart. Wonderful food, service and setting.
Useless waitress who did not understand that we had ordered eggs benedict twice and an avocado toast to share. After an extremely long wait received 1 egg benedict and 1 avocado toast. Explained that we had ordered two eggs benedict and the toast to share. We offered to start eating and wait for another egg dish. I bit into the eggs and found them to be cold. Brought them back and asked for replacement. They apologized and we received 2 hot plates of eggs benedict. Also, our tea order was taken so to get us some drinks while waiting for the food, but literally 15 min later we were still waiting for our tea. The place was practically empty, there were approx. 5 other tables occupied and they had 2 waitresses to cover this. Superslow service! While having our breakfast at some point the waitress managed to remove our milk and sugar tray. I again had to beckon her to say we needed more milk and sugar and again waited and waited. The food was faultless and delicious, but the staff need to up their game. I hate to think what the place is like when it is actually full up. Would recommend for the good food, but be prepared to wait for service....
Allergy well catered for. Served quickly and all knew information on offers.
I booked a table for my director and a client for lunch. Upon their arrival, the booking couldn't be found and they were left standing and waiting while staff looked for the booking. My director had to ask them to give them a table, then they were seated.
Director wasn't very unhappy as it was a business lunch and looked very unprofessional.
Thankfully, I kept all my email bookings as proof.
I lodged a complaint and they replied with apologies and a system problem, But this doesn't erase the issue and chaos caused from our side.
Good for a practical business lunch in the city, with health dishes and organic wine.
I recommend you go early and don’t book for a large group. Because the noise often gets to a very distruptive level.
The Natural Kitchen Trinity Square Team were amazing when I recently proposed to my girlfriend at their restaurant. We had our first date there hence the reason for also proposing there. The team really couldn’t do more for us and helped make a special life event, that extra bit more special. I would throughly recommend this bar and restaurant.
The Natural Kitchen in Trinity Square was a great booking for a relaxed evening meal with friends. The large menu choice was suitable for meat eaters and vegetarians at the table. Drinks/cocktail choices were very good. Only downside was the cocktails took a very long time but worth the wait. The food looked and tasted extremely healthy and serving sizes were spot on! I'lI absolutely recommend this restaurant and look forward to booking again.
Had my birthday dinner here with my boyfriend. The vegan options were delicious (probably the best that I’ve tried). It has a nice atmosphere and comfortable seating.
Very expensive for what you get. Cocktail happy hour was good value though.
I enjoyed my food. Staff not friendly - no one even said good morning not very welcoming.
Food itself was good and didn’t take too long. Would probably come back
Lovely setting for a late afternoon meeting - attentive friendly staff and good value house wine.
Great selection of food for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters! Happy hour and fast service! Great location by a tube and overground too!
The waitress forgot to put our order in. When we pointed this out 35 minutes later and one of the waiters was very rude. Won’t be rushing back here for lunch!
The menu certainly looked interesting, but the execution was pretty average. It was a little disconcerting how quickly my food came out, as it was not possible to actually cook it in the three minutes between order and arrival.
I use the natural Kitchen as a healthy choice without being bland! Had the special this time which very good.
Lamb burger very tasty. Not busy Saturday afternoon for lunch.
Staff are very good, service fast and food very good. Great ambience.
Lovely place for a business lunch. Love the new layout and decoration. Food was very good.
Good choice of healthy eating!
Tai curry was a little bland. Noise level a little high. Cost of sparkling water expensive.
Yes, premium prices for high quality ingredients but you can really taste the difference - wonderful!
Lots of healthy options with flexible additions - good for a business meeting/lunch with friends
Great food, great Location, service was nice and welcoming but super slow.
Food is fairly expensive for what it is £16 for a salad and £4 for a small portion of kale-slaw on the side.
Our waiter was not very friendly towards us.
Great location, staff were welcoming and food was lovely.
This menu has something for everyone and the focus is on fresh ingredients. Not a single dish didn't look tantalizing. The gin drinks are adventurous and worth a taste.
Good menu, tasty food, attentive service.
my first time eating at lunchtime - found it a little difficult to hear my colleagues at times
staff didn't come back and ask if we liked our food or if we wanted more drinks which was disappointing
I personally don't like the cashless system
Very fine choice just off Trinity Square near Tower Bridge. Healthy choices for lunch with tuna and salmon as salads, entrees or sandwiches. Tasty omelette for breakfast with excellent sourdough. Friendly staff.
Good food but really terrible, slow service and sullen staff. It wasn't even busy
+ : Cadre et cuisine de très bonne qualité.
- : Lieu un peu désert et personnel assez peu réactif !
This is a decent place: nice location and good service, but not really my type of food.
nice ambience, friendly service, food nice but felt fried (breaded prawns and fish cakes)
Great food and service we had a wonderful meal. Ideal of a business lunch. Just needs blinds as when sunny you need sun glasses.
Decent food, served well with little fuss. Good for a work/team lunch.
Great venue for working lunch. Buzzy atmosphere but not loud, attentive staff but not pushy, great choice of food but not expensive. Will keep returning for more!
Service was very poor, the server spoke poor English. Took 20 mins to get our order in from arrival!
Great Service and delicious food. We had brunch, so the atmosphere was chilled.
