Food was well cooked, delicious and not too expensive. Staff are really friendly and would happily eat here again.

The Food was tasty , the Service was good and the Price reasonable , it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening and they have dealt very well with current restrictions, definitely worth a visit again.

We went for lunch and had fish and chips; they were good. The service is exceptional; very efficient and really friendly. I would recommend it.

The food was hot and well presented and we enjoyed it. The lady who served us was very pleasant and polite. The price was reasonable.

The staff was lovely deffo recommend going there again

It was a beautiful afternoon so we were able to sit outside.
Service was second to none and we both had the sirloin steak which was the best we’ve had in a long time.
We used eat out for less so an added bonus of great value too!

We had an amazing meal for my nans birthday and we were more than happy with the service. Our waiter was jack and he was absolutely amazing, friendly and very welcoming.

The main problem was that the Restaurant 66 was closed! We had not been notified about this prior to our arrival and we had to eat in the hotel bar.
The bar was pleasant enough but we would have have chosen to go somewhere else had we been made aware of the situation with the restaurant.
We shared a starter. It was not very good - a bruschetta with parma ham and aioli which had not been freshly made as the bruschetta was soggy. We also had to ask for small plates as we needed to use a knife and fork to eat it which seemed to surprise our young waitress - see below for a comments.
Our main courses were tasty and well cooked.
The atmosphere was quiet as there were just a few diners. We were the last booking for the evening (20:45) and the staff were pleasant and helpful, although one of the waitresses would benefit from some training to improve her customer service skills. Commenting about us requesting plates to another table of customers and about how she was glad to be finishing her shift is not very professional plus she was not overly sure how to interact with us. I would just put this down to inexperience.

Restaurant actually closed and we was seated in the pub whilst everyone was watching football. Had to choose off the bar menu. We travelled some distance expecting to go in to a restaurant and order from the a la Carte menu. Very dissatisfied

Busy pub restaurant overlooking harbour. No real ale on tap but decent range of bottled ales. Food a few notches above a 'Spoons. Decent pub fare and very reasonable prices. Service buy young, keen and competent staff was excellent.

Really great food. Very friendly and welcoming people - with great sense of humour. We sat outside looking over the harbour, it was lovely.

We didn’t get seated In the actual restaurant but we’re still happy with our window seat in the bar area.

Food was decent. We were sat in a corner which wasn’t the best. Service was average—we asked for spoon for the kids beans—never came and asked for the bill from 3 different waiters before finally getting the bill 20+ minutes later

Food was very nice. Service excellent. Lovely view over Ramsgate harbour.

The service was extremely slow and we felt forgotten about as most people were dining outside, and we were inside. I had to ask several times for service or to query where our food or drink was. The staff did apologise and explained that they were a staff member down, but it was a shame that it spoilt the general experience .
Our food was good however.

Prompt and pleasant service. Menu was simple and fairly limited but was well cooked.

We were greeted by Bonnie who was our waitress and was both friendly and professional our order was taken swiftly

The staff at the Oak are always very friendly and efficient. The food is always good and the menu changes regularly with something to suit everyone. It was quiet inside but outside was very busy which was great to see.

The food was awful with quite a few mains not available. Steak was like leather! Starters were dreadful. The waitress was miserable and so the time spent there was terrible. We will not be going back as was a total waste of our money. I would say that we have been before and it was fine so don’t know what’s gone wrong.

We had the Sunday lunch which was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made our visit a great experience.

Sunday lunch menu was limited but the food was really good. Although could do with having white meat as an option. I wanted a roast but i dont eat beef or pork so I had seabass which was still really great. I never noticed the restaurant in ramsgate before. But it was nice. Good price as well.

Usually have a good meal there but this time meal was hardly warm and meat was tough.
