   The food was lovely. The waitress we had, had originally taken our order. But then came back and asked if we'd given her a starter order. We looked at her quite puzzled. She wasn't the most friendliest of waitresses either. It was like she said didn't want to be there.

   The meal took a while to come but was very nice. Good range of accompanying vegetables, perfectly cooked.

   The food was poor and very overly priced. The waitress was very unhelpful with one of our group who has a fish allergy. In all, she didn't appear to want to be there

   We had a really lovely Sunday roast! 4 adults and one toddler and we were made to feel very welcome. The food was delicious, we were late in the day but the meat and extras were still very tasty. Would highly recommend!

   Nice pub with friendly staff. The food was good, I'd just like more options other than Sunday roasts. Very delicious blackberry crumble desert, definitely the highlight of the meal!

   We were served by Lydia who was ever so friendly, polite, and attentive! The food was gorgeous and atmosphere was easy going and relaxing. We loved our time with you - thank you!

    Beautiful pub, was a cold day but warm inside by the open fire. Ordered our food but stayed by the fire with our drinks until it was time to be served. WOW 🤩 the presentation of the dining room and the generous portions of food were fantastic. Delicious hot tasty food, the service was attentive. Waitresses were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us - all with a smile. Happy diners - two couples who had both travelled a respective 1 hour to dine here today. Will be back to try the menu mid week next time.
