   We went to The Other Kitchen for breakfast and we had such a great experience! The restaurante is so beautiful and the service is very kind an attentive. The only thing I would say is that based on the cost and the setting, I thought the dishes would be a bit lager. Other that than it was very nice and I'm sure I'll come again:)

   It’s in a nicely decorated hotel. Food, service and ambience are all brilliant. Special thanks to Cristina who served us. Savoury french toast is a must try!

   We had a delicious breakfast here with top notch ingredients. Service was very good but had to ask for some things a couple of times and there was no decaf tea option.

   A great destination for local catch ups. The team are the friendliest in South Ken, by a mile. Highly recommended.

   Service was a little slow. One drink was forgotten and the 6 breakfast all arrived at different times, several minutes apart. Food was lukewarm at best, some elements completely cold. Great atmosphere and surroundings but very expensive when food is poor.

   Nobody asked our reservation and welcomed at the entrance. We sat dirty table and other tables were fulled dirty set up. Only 2 people were working at the restaurant. Orange juices were not fresh and food was not delicious.

   The waitress forgot about me - took 20 minutes to order then quickly got the food which was good but it took 35 minutes to get a coffee she water and wasn’t even offered water, I asked and was told it was coming. I know they’re busy but at least water with food should be faster than 35 minutes.

   I love the look of the hotel its very aesthetically pleasing, the Café does let the hotel down on looks if you see the rest of the areas. They were accommodating with our coats when we asked for a cloakroom, wish then had bag handles on the tables. The only annoying thing was the lack of service we had to ask them 3 times to take our order, lots of staff their but not paying attention if it was busy i completely get it, there was literally our table of 4 and maybe 6 other people in the café. We had to ask for Butter for the toast, jams sauces for full English, they looked at us odd when we asked for butter . Will be back again but perhaps for Cocktails only then breakfast. Just wish the cup and saucer matched the tea pot! my only bug bare,

    We were a family party, young to old. Our waitress was friendly, kind and helpful and we genuinely felt very welcome. The food was fresh and tasty, the cocktails excellent (perfect whisky sour!). Decor is beautiful everywhere and we all enjoyed a very relaxed lunch and agreed the place was just right. For me it ticks all the boxes and has an unrushed, easy-going atmosphere. Sadly none of us live in London, however when we visit the area it will definitely be our first choice.
