We had a large party but service was slow and food tasted average. Pricey for what it is.
Food was great, ambience was great and our server Gabby was great. Definitely going back soon than later

Prices are very high and dinner are a la carte. Food is definitely not worth the high prices.
Steak wasn’t seasoned which seems like there is an assumption the diner will always get a sauce for it. But great steak should be able to stand on it’s own, especially given the types of cuts and price.
The people section:
Our waiter was a very polite and kind human, he had a lot on his plate as far as tables, so we will cut him a break on how often we were approached about our questions and ordering process.
The food section:
The asparagus was a bit plain (could have used a touch of salt or truffle/black garlic seasoning). It was still tasty, just not perfect. I ordered the 18oz NY Strip, cooked medium. It was indeed seared/rested properly and just about at a medium fineness. My better half indulged in the single serving crab cake with an aioli finisher, she enjoyed it (she’s not a seafood fan normally).
The restaurant vibe section:
The restaurant has a modern vibe with rustic bits present; many cartoons and renderings of those (I’m guessing) that have enjoyed dining at this establishment over the years. I found it not in the best taste, but not awful.
Overall, I would return, just with maybe some alterations to my own choices.
Thanks for reading!
Enjoyed very much
This was our second date coming to this restaurant so that should tell you it’s good! Food amazing and service incredible and all at a very reasonable price. We will be coming back in the very near future
We haven’t been here in a couple years and I was nervous about the change of ownership. The service was amazing the food was outstanding. Their so-called limited menu is still full of delicious favorites. We had a tomahawk steak and several drinks and had a great time.
Wonderful food and impeccable service.
Everything was superb and our server aria was most gracious snd attentive …we had lamb chose, ribeye, and seabass all of which were perfectly cooked …highly recommended..
Our waiter was more of a salesman than a waiter. Overall food was ok.
Food is mediocre. Order our steak medium well and it was cover cooked and dry
Fantastic service from the moment we walked in the doors to the moment we walked out. The food was fantastic. Can't wait to go back..
Still great, but not as great as it used to be. But for that matter, neither am I.
Celebrated my 40th birthday and it was very nice!
We've been here several times, but not close to closing. The service felt rushed, the food was not prepared to the level we've become accustomed to (everything was cold and bland). We did return the vegetables, but didn't want to complain about everything else. We all had Arnold Palmer's to drink, but the Kevin (our server) did not remember and kept refilling them with water.
I just don’t think the food at The Palm lives up to its previous standards. The food used to be pretty amazing. Now it’s just good, but not great. We were a bit disappointed .
Father’s Day dinner
I highly recommend this place. It's delicious and service is great.
Thank you for allowing me to finally feel alive again. I celebrated my birthday here last night with my family and closest friends so we were a party of 8 and I feel like I rented out the whole restaurant to ourselves. I felt safe and very well taken care of. The drinks were delicious I had a palm mule which was so yummy. For dinner I ordered the 12oz steak and as our sides everyone got a few to share but my favorite had to be the mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was my first time here and I’m so happy with my decision. I will definitely be back!!! The servers and bus boy was so kind and patient with us. Thank you for making my birthday so special.
It was very disappointing watching people who came after me all get their food before my party. And yes you guessed it I'm African American and they were white I will never attend this restaurant again and for some reason my server act as if he kept forgetting about us not once did he come to our table and ask if we needed anything. He only came to our table when I called for his attention
The restaurant has deteriorated since it was last opened in 2019. The overall experience was second rate to say the least. Not up to the caliber of a fine dining steak house and the history of The Palm. More like a run of the mill community steak place
We thoroughly enjoyed everything-the welcoming staff, the food, and the
atmosphere! Our waiter, Kevin, provided impeccable service!
Chose this restaurant for a Father’s Day linch. Food is mediocre and too expensive for its price. Also had multiple gnats swarming our food/table which was a nuisance. Unfortunately it would be my first and last time there.
My wife and I went to the Palm for Father's Day and had a 3pound lobster and 18oz ribeye and loved it. The lobster was sweet and the ribeye was cooked to perfection. Our waiter, Beth was so nice and helpful with recommendations it was a great experience and we will definitely be going back.
There was a Clippers game on so the ambiance was very lively and louder than usual. Food was good as always.
Clipper fans in the mood and getting their game faces on for closing out the Utah Jazz. Our waitress Lauren was friendly, courteous and attentive. We had a great Palm experience.
The menu is expensive for sure.
Crab cake could be bigger for the appetizer.
Although this restaurant is famous for its lobsters, the ribeye was perfectly cooked. Better than many famous steakhouses.
The lobster was rubbery! Chicken parm was over cooked, overall experience was blahhh.
great place to have a great dinner! elegant and quiet, the food is incredible.
Birthday Lobster bisque arrived cold. However, steaks came out perfectly billed greater then published menu price.
Great place with historical context. Helpful waiters that provide efficient service. Food was well above average. Price was a bit high but definitely worth it
Met friends for dinner after a basketball game. Great food and service.
Great food. Wonderful service. It was just what we wanted and why we went there to celebrate our anniversary.
My fiancé and I absolutely love this restaurant! We’ve been coming here since we first started dating and have loved it ever since. I love getting their GINORMOUS Chicken Parm. I get it just about every time. It is amazing!
A perfect 10 and will be back! The meal was great, had the Veal Martini, and the service above and beyond
Just as I remember it!
Food, service and ambiance were all exceptional. Looking forward to many more return visits.
Great service and experience
The food was amazing. Steak and lobster combo that we were able to split between two. Enough portions and the taste was great. Server was polite and attentive. Overall I would definitely recommend. The price is very high, but you get what you pay for.
