It was another excellent experience at the Palm. Food was great and the service excellent.
Everything was great! Thank you!!!!!
The food was okay. To be as expensive as they are I would think the food would be much more spectacular, in taste and presentation.
Our server Jeremy was very friendly & attentive.
I generally enjoy The Palm, as I did this time, but I feel that it's lost a step. Maybe it's because this was my first visit for lunch.
The shrimp in my shrimp cocktail were not fully deveined, which is kind of disgusting. I had the wedge salad as my lunch entrée, and while it was good, it wasn't what I was expecting in a "wedge salad." That's on me; I should have read the description in the menu more carefully.
My dining companion had the bunless burger, which he had to send back because it was overdone. Ultimately, he seemed to enjoy it.
Overall, not a bad review. But The Palm of a couple of years ago shined much brighter.
This was my first visit there, the food was fulfilling and tasteful. The service was awesome!! Not a place I would go to for causal eating as the prices were a bit on the expensive side but again the service and food was good. The ambience was not what I expected for the level of service and food prices. It seemed a little dated. But overall I would go back for special occasions.
Always a treat and the Palm at Tysons Corner is one of the best anywhere. Amazing lump crab cobb salad and blackened tuna. Davis Bynum wine topped if off nicely!
It was delightful. Everything beautifully prepared. It is expensive but a nice option for a birthday dinner.
The ambiance was professional and a more upper echelon type of vibe. I loved the hostess and the original waiter, Keith, all other staff from here was terrible. Our actual waiter whose name I do not remember was not friendly and talked to us like we were not intelligent. Not to mention, he did not know the menu very well which aggravated me so much I just gave up to not start an arguing match. I really believe we got this level of service due to us being the only young black patrons that were casually dressed this night. The food was okay, the best item we got were the oysters and the Paloma drink (that Keith recommended). The steak I ordered was medium temperature, which I did ask for, but it was really pink. I asked for it to be cooked a little more and to my surprise my same exact steak came out on the same plate. How do I know, I cut the steak into two small pieces. Crazy thing is I ordered my steak "Oscar" style but I really wanted the crab and shrimp Bruno style, but the waiter didn't understand that. Apparently, they cooked my steak and left the Oscar on top as my asparagus was now broiled too. Back to the service- our waiter came over and asked us did we want boxes as we were still eating. Both my friend and I were shocked as we didn't get offered desert, more drinks or any additional food items. The waiter left and came back then offered desert and said the kitchen was about to close. We ordered desert and another waiter came over asking about boxes yet again. I was so fed up, I just had him box mine, we paid and left. It's crazy because after watching and listening to other patrons experience, it seems like everyone had a much better experience. If you are young and especially black I would not recommend coming to this location. If you do, dress up and maybe bring another friend of a different color that is more mature for a great experience.
This was a fantastic meal. We had a team dinner and EVERYTHING about this experience was wonderful!
In town for annual visir
The Palm has definitely gone down hill over the years…
Huge disappointment in every way.
Only saving grace is their lovely manager.
Misha our waiter makes the experience
Everyone should be fortunate to have him.
Main courses (filet mignon and sea bass) were excellent, as were the fried oysters.
Wedge salad was not edible — bug crawled out of it and the lettuce was partially yellow/brown.
Outdoor seating was a nice option.
Experienced waiter appeared more interested in moving us along … took away the bread before the main course even arrived; stood by the table to take away the appetizers as soon as we finished; wanted us to join the “Palm Club Membership” so we could get future discounts.
His trainee waiter was excellent.
Forgot my food and then charged me for my salad that they said they were going to comp because the burned my 70 $ steak that I never even seen and my daughter was done eating and I didn’t have any food but did give me a dessert for free
But I don’t eat sugar
Always an expensive pleasure! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
good service good food..out of stock rib eye tomahawk and meet came undercooked and. had to be sent back
We are outside on the lovely patio so it was nice and quiet and my friend and I could have a nice conversation.
Service was excellent as was the food. Love the Power Lunch.
Our entire meal was delightful. The steak tartar appetizer is a must. Great lobster and impeccable service.
Birthday dinner. Food for most part was excellent. Steak just a bit chewy. Our waiter kept taking his mask off to talk to us. That made me uncomfortable. 7 layer chocolate cake was amazing!!!
Food is always good but the prices are steep.
A unique dining experience at The Palm Tyson’s Corner, VA. Was special with the fabulous selection of food, the waiter was exceptional, and the service excellent. We were greeted nicely and the attention to detail was unsurpassed as was the quality of the steaks and seafood.
Great experience, food was delicious
table of 5 women had to shout from the noise of the other tables of men— didn’t remember Palm being so noisy.
Food was great, service was fantastic, however the restrooms are a disaster, they need to address those asap. Dirty restrooms=dirty kitchen. It's a perception but avoid it by addressing them.
The entire staff - from the servers to the manager - were attentive and excellent.
Great meal and great service, very convenient valet parking. Will be back.
Lunch with the girls!!! We had a great time!!!
We always enjoy dining at The Palm. The food is consistently good and the service is impeccable. Our server Heath was a delight and very attentive.
The Lobster Béarnaise Topping was delicious
Skip the Lobster Cherry Pepper topping as there was no lobster in sight of the dish.
As always, great Food and great service! We will definitely be going back again!
Misha our waiter is the best. We request him every time. He makes it special. I came to the Palm the first time 20 years ago. Started back 2 years ago. Just great.
Really good food and service.
Jason was very attentive but new when we wanted privacy.
Misha was our waiter and he was outstanding and took care of our every need. Manuel was one of the others servers who helped and was so caring. We have been coming to the Palm for years. It is our happy place. But lately the prices have skyrocketed especially the beef. My bone in rib eye was over $100 dollars. I compared the beef prices to Capital Grille and they were almost half the price for their beef there. I hope that the Landry folks look into this before they lose their loyal following.
Wait staff was second to none.
Lovely waitress but she was way over loaded w not enough help. This used to be my favorite special place to celebrate. It’s only so so for the prices.
As always, great cocktails, outstanding food and superb service. Thank you.
Seems as though the food quality has slipped, not loving it.
Booth tables in the bar are perfect setting for business discussions
Alex (and Ramon) gave us an outstanding service. Very friendly and accommodating staff who gave us great recommendations and customized our meal to our preferences.
