Couldn’t fault any aspect of our Sunday lunch. I always rate my roasts on how good the roast potatoes are and these were fluffy inside and crispy outside! Perfect!

I’f I could have given 7 stars for service I would. The staff there are unbelievable, they’re attentive, friendly but respectful.

We had a lovely first meal out since COVID, the staff were very friendly
And accommodating. Hand sanitising, social distancing etc was all very reassuring. Thank you for a great Sunday roast!

Service was great and with a smile and we had a nice table. Food, unfortunately, was not up to its usual standard, had to send back to heat up and looked like it had been sitting for a while as it was dry on top when served and naan bread was burnt underneath so shouldn't have been allowed to come out. We normally have very good food here which is why we return but perhaps it was an off night for the chef. Coffee was lovely.

Warm welcome and friendly staff. Service was a bit all over the place as we had to keep asking to be served? We had to ask for our desert order to be taken, another drink and coffee which I was surprised about as we were not allowed to leave the table. I think if we hadn’t of been having a catch up we would of had our bill and left. It wasn’t very busy so not sure why they are not offering these services? Food was very nice and I would defiantly go back and hope the lack of attention was a one off

We had a random spare evening so I booked in the afternoon for an early evening meal.
So pleased we did the ...food was beautiful to the eye and tasted just as good , we have been here before and will definitely be back again. Thank You for a lovely evening

Selection on starter menu quite limited. Main course selection pretty good and sufficient options for a non-meat eater have a range of choice. Food chosen by us was very good.

Overall experience a delight! Extremely Covid safe. We couldn't decide on starter/main or main/dessert, but as mussels were on the specials board as both a starter and a main we both went for the mussels starter. They were large and the chef's sauce was to die for!
The fish of the day and the seafood curry were equally good.
The meal was topped off by cheerful and efficient service.

Good friendly service. My fish and chips was excellent and they were able to adapt to my friend’s request for her meal to be adapted according to her dietary needs. Sat on outside terrace which was very pleasant.

Lovely lunch thank you! Brought my dad for his 82nd birthday and he felt thoroughly comfortable and well looked after! Polite kind staff and delicious food!

The menu was comprehensive and very tempting. The presentation was excellent and cooked superbly a very enjoyable lunch. So much so we have booked a table with our friends for wed 16/09/20.

It was not our first time ,there been some changes to the menu!! The food was good,my starter was the scallop but only the one which was a let down !! Especially for £11

The food was the best we have had in Norfolk out of about 10 pubs we’ve eaten in since lockdown lifted. The range of choice whilst still being freshly made was excellent and value very good, for such a range. We would recommend it highly.

If you want good food at a good price served by very attentive staff I highly recommend the Parson Woodforde.
