    Brunch with Bubbles - Start your Rutherglen Wine Experience with a delicious brunch and bottomless Prosecco. Brunch is served in The Pavilion Restaurant overlooking the historic Calliope Vineyard at Buller Wines. Your 2 hour brunch includes The Nook Prosecco, chilled fruit juice, your favourite tea or coffee, fresh warm croissants with locally made jams, individual quiche, a selection of Victorian cheeses, seasonal fruit and organic yoghurt. Minimum of 2 persons per booking. Two hour duration. Available Mon, Wed & Fri, excluding public holidays. Cellar Door wine tastings are available to be booked following your brunch.

    Amazing service, so accomodating letting my friends and I add personal touches to the table. All the ladies were so lovely. And the food was outstanding. 10/10 will be back!

    My second visit to The Pavilion. Just love sitting, gazing out to the vineyard. Really enjoyed the scallops and the barramundi. Very relaxing and enjoyable afternoon.

    Restaurant was very empty but noted as fully booked. We walked in 10 minutes before our booking and were rudely told to come back at our booking time, when we did we wee again told our table wasn't ready even though there was only 1 table with people on it and the rest of the restaurant inside was empty. There were a few tables with people in the open air area but still lots of empty tables. Once seated the service was great and the food was wonderful, it is sad to see staff so stressed in these restaurants because they cannot get staff.

    Thanks Michelle, glad you enjoyed our food & service during your meal. We are abiding by govt covid rules for numbers of guests & cleaning regimes, to ensure a safe place for all. While this doesn't make our staff stressed, it can slow us down. Your slightly early arrival meant your table wasn't ready & why our lovely staff asked you to wait a few minutes. 80 guests in on that day, but another 80 seats empty due to the rules! Capacity is deceiving. We look forward to welcoming you back.

    Pizza entree was very poor , service staff were nice and polite but lacked a bit of training in keeping an eye on customer needs, had times getting the attention of staff . Overall very nice and we did enjoy our time there , would certainly go again
