Start your celebrations with a Glass of Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut NV, setting the tone for an exquisite evening. Our menu highlights include: Oyster Barquettes a l’Americaine with Wiltshire truffle, Kirkham’s Lancashire and coral; Fallow Deer Grand Veneur with roasted beets, red verjus, and smoked chestnut; and Manjari and Hazelnut Paris Brest with Tonka bean, toasted praline, and white Port. It will be the perfect way to toast the New Year, as we invite all of our guests afterwards to continue the celebration in the hotel's Hedgerow Cocktail Bar or Blue Boar Pub.

"Stepping into The Pem was a delightfully immersive experience. The warm and welcoming ambiance set the perfect tone for a relaxing evening. The culinary journey began with the Lake District Rose Veal Tartare, a dish that elegantly combined flavors and textures, setting high expectations for what followed. I has thee Veuve Clicquot menu and it was superb. All the dishes made a perfect paring with the gran dame. Amazing attention to details ( they accommodate my dietary restrictions) making my dinner a perfect night.

Fantastic anniversary experience. All the food was delicious, the stand out being the asparagus tart. The service was very attentive and the extra treats for our anniversary were a really nice touch. The only thing to really comment on is the ambiance is a bit lacking, this is probably due to it being a part of a hotel in Westminster.

The food was outstanding, the service superb and the wine selection excellent. This is a very good restaurant. As for the ambiance, its also where we ate breakfast every day during our four day stay. We ate dinner at the PEM on our last night and our breakfast experience colored our opinion of the ambiance. It's a nice place, but no white table cloths so it still looked like a hotel breakfast room. That doesn't take away from the very high quality of the food or superior service but it will be a while before this place gets a Michelin star.

Amazingly well presented, delicious and innovative food. Produce was well sourced and tastes were well balanced and interesting. Highlights were the nettle soup , vegemite bread and John Dory with French chili pepper. Desserts were beautiful and tasty as well. All of us agreed that the food was much better than many of London's other Michelin starred restaurants and personally I would rate the food the equivalent of at least 2 Michelin stars. Easy to recommend for gourmands and lovers of fine food, atmosphere is good for business, a romantic night out or a special occasion. The prices reflect the quality of food fairly in my opinion.

Amazing food and service, only a little spoilt by a very loud patron who clearly had consumed too much wine during the coronation celebrations. However this would not stop me recommending The Pem as a first class place to try whilst in London.

Delicious bread and dip; every course was tasty - white asparagus, green asparagus, lamb loin, pollock, Black Forest cake, orange blossom chocolate bar, fantastic sommelier…. the only item we liked less was the marzipan leaves on the desserts - too sweet, but otherwise really excellent

Food offering was excellent (although lunch menu needs tweaking; an additional choice of starter/main may entice more punters in ?) and service could not be faulted (especially as we were having a lazy afternoon!). Wine list was extensive but in my view suffered from mark up "inflation". Nevertheless, great central London lunchtime find a short walk from St James Park.

My family had an amazing meal at The Pem. The service was excellent, we were made to feel very welcome and the food was exceptional, especially the Jerusalem Artichoke Mille-Feuille and the Roast Fallow Deer. A huge thanks as well to Chef Sally who came to meet our daughter who is a massive fan of hers, it meant the world to her and she was buzzing all night and the day after!

From start to finish our experience at The Pem was outstanding. It was our anniversary dinner and at our table we were greeted by a personalised hand written card from the staff working that evening, lovely touch that made the evening even more special. The food and wine pairing was excellent, the sommelier was very knowledgeable and engaging. We had a fabulous evening and would recommend this gem of a place to everyone looking for a special high end experience.

The Pem never disappoints. The food was as tasty as ever. The flavours were so delicious tantalising the taste buds. The pork loin was tender and moist and so much flavour. It was lovely to have a version of the food Sally Abe has showcased on James Martin a couple of weeks ago. It looked fabulous on tv and it did not disappoint in real life. There is always a opportunity to try something out of the ordinary, the pease pudding was lovely. The Sparkling English wine was light and delicious, a perfect introduction to our food. The favourite bit for me is always the dessert, it was just too hard to choose so we all shared some of all of them. It was impossible to pick a favourite but the chocolate one and the lemon meringue pie were the top runners! The staff are so helpful just there when you need them but not at all intrusive. They explain the dishes and the wine so well. Thank you to everyone at the Pem. It was. birthday celebration and one that will be remembered fondly for a long time. Thank you for the birthday cake and card. A wonderful personal touch. We will definitely be back soon.

As a thank you I took a very big foodie to the PEM restaurant in London, from the moment we arrived the staff were very attentive to our needs and also knowledgeable about all the food that was being asked of them by my friend. Discussions were had with the sommelier as to which wine would be best for the dishes we chose and the were absolutely spot on. The ambiance of the restaurant was very relaxing, piped music in the background, comfortable and spacious seating made the experience first class. And we cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

Such a beautiful place to dine in. The decor is just lovely. The staff are so nice and professional. And the food was just DELICIOUS!

We had the Valentines menu. Customer service could not be faulted. Got louder as the evening went on and more diners joined the restaurant. The lobster was chewy and hard to cut through. I asked for my pigeon to be well done but when it came there was still bloody juices coming from it. The sweet wine was phenomenal. Overall a lovely evening and great experience.
