Top of the line food and service

We had a very nice experience,our server was excellent and deserved a generous tip,I forgot her name.Food was excellent too.

It was the best experience due to very little noise.

Filet was on the tough side. Dessert was awful..Cake was stale and puff pastry that was supposed to be light /airy was old and hard. very disappointing and not up to previous experiences .

We went for a belated Valentine's dinner on Sunday, Feb. 21st at 5PM. We were surprised at how busy the restaurant was already but were greeted with a smile, someone took our temperatures, and then took us right to our table. We were a little concerned about eating out during Covid but once we were seated, were very relieved to see how the tables were spaced and then relaxed and enjoyed a very fine meal. The Winter Sangria was divine! My husband enjoyed his oyster appetizer and said his steak was one of the best he has had in quite some time. It was seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. I ordered the French Onion Soup and it was okay, but a bit too heavy on the herbs for my taste, so that I could barely really taste the onions. I also ordered the scallops with fingerling potatoes and tomatoes with pesto sauce and enjoyed them immensely. We shared an order of the Duck Fat Fries which were outstanding. Then we shared the Giant Profiterole for dessert and we highly recommend that! Our server was great. I only wish I could remember her name...Mandy or Maureen or Moira perhaps? Anyway, she was awesome. When we left, there was a line of folks waiting to get in. We were happy to see the restaurant doing well during these trying times and plan to return very soon.

Cold inside nd felt rushed and it was too noisy. I guess I was looking for a more quiet and cozy time spent with my husband

Food and server were excellent, but food took nearly an hour to be served. Overall a very good experience, but could’ve been better for the price.

It was an excellent experience for my 50th birthday celebration. The food was great, and Nick was extremely pleasant and a real asset to the establishment.

The Prime Rib's food was delicious! Service was slower than expected, that was because someone at our table ordered a well done steak. Our waiter forgot to mention that when a well done steak is ordered, it takes longer for the meals to be served. The manager was nice to come out and explain this to us, and the food was well worth the wait.

I had an amazing experience at The Prime Rib at Live Casino & Hotel! Our waiter José was phenomenal! I chose to spend our first time there on Valentine’s Day because of the touted service and food quality and I must say they did not disappoint. Everything was perfect, thank you Prime Rib! I’ll be seeing you again real soon!!

Family dinner. Food was outstanding as usual. Manager was great in accommodating our party. Server was great, just like when she served us last month. Food was impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The wait for our food was very long (over an hour from the time we ordered to when it came to our table), and we ordered the brussel sprouts side and they came burnt. The rest of the food was great (we got the ny strip). The server was excellent, and checked with us every step of the way.

Took 2 hours to get our food. When it arrived my steak was cold to the touch and rare. Couldn’t find our server for 42 minutes to let him know. Always wanted to eat here, and this was my experience.

My hubby and I celebrated my Mom’s 65th birthday. It was a perfect evening! Great Service! Chanel was our server, she surprised Mom with a birthday desert! Yummy!! Another sever there helped me when I needed a mask because the one I had strap popped. Gave us nice Live mask! That meant the world. The little things! Great Place!! We will be back!!❤️😊

The staff was excellent. We made a reservation and were seated on time. Our server was attentive and helpful. The steak was cooked perfectly.

Have eaten at The Prime Rib many times and just love it. Best steaks ever. My son had 12 oz. Fillet Mignon and I had the Ribeye and they were perfectly cooked and oh so flavorful and tender. Had the Creme Brulee and it was soooo delicious. My favorite restaurant in MD. I have never been disappointed there!

Great food! Great Service! It was one of the best restaurant I have been to in a while well worth the price. The server was great he was friendly and took great care of us.

Was over all did I pointed with our seating. At such a premium price we just thought our accommodations would have been better, was cold. When I booked the reservation I did not choose the patio.

Our Server (David) is Excellent... who happens to be the same Server when my wife & I were Engaged on 16Oct2019! David is attentive, patient, & knows the menu well! We look forward to celebrating my Bday and/or our Wedding Anniversary @ the Prime!

Prime Rib was really good as always!! The only thing is that I really miss the Shrimp Scampi!!

Wonderful dining experience as always

We had a wonderful dinner our server David could not of made our evening any better. He was attentive and suggestive and we just had a wonderful night together. David should be commended for his attitude and prime rib should be happy they have him

The food was, as usual, very good, but there must have been something going on in the kitchen on our most recent visit. At one point, there was a burning cooking oil smell we could all notice, and while the service was gracious, the wait time between courses was very, very long. I think we waited upwards of a half an hour between courses. While we all enjoyed ourselves, we ended up spending almost four hours for a complete meal with no explanation or apology from the wait staff. This is not typical, and while we enjoyed the food and would return, we found this particular visit exceptionally strung out.

It is very convenient while we are playing there. We never feel rushed. The service is usually good. I did not like having to walk around those ropes like I was going back into the casino. There should be a direct entrance into the restaurant from the casino floor.

This was not our first dining experience with the Prime Rib, however, it was the worst. My wife's entree (Salmon, mashed parsnip, etc.) was so salty it was barely edible. The entire plate tasted as if salt had been spilled on it. I thought it was her until I tasted it as well. She tried putting some of the Salmon in her caesar salad in order to eat it but overall left more than half the Salmon and most of the remaining plate. She was very disappointed and it was a damper to her birthday celebration. The other two entrees were okay. Then the manager (?) charged the entire meal to her Comps vice $150 to her birthday voucher and the balance to her Comps. It took them quite awhile to correct saying the Comps would show up on her card but not for 24 hours. We haven't had an opportunity to return to LIVE so do not know if the Comps were returned or not.
