I booked a table for 3 without any option to choose beside heater or not and when we arrived they had several free tables beside heaters but we are seated on a bench where the heater did not work!
We wanted to change our place and they said all the other tables are reserved while during 2 hours that we were there, no one came for those tables!!!

The food was not good and even though the restaurant provided heaters it was still extremely cold but the staff was friendly. The drink's were great

The view, place and food was all worth the visit. One of the servers was a little rude but besides that it was very enjoyable.

Food was good, “pitchers” of sangria were considerably smaller than your typical sized pitcher honestly felt like a huge money grab, server was also unattentive and seemed like she could care less about our table even though we had a group of 6 people

My waitress finished her shift, so she brought our bill. After that, no one stop our table to ask if we needed something else or wanted to order more. We waited 20 minutes and then left. Felt so ignored!

The patio is amazing - huge and enough physical distancing in place to truly enjoy the experience. The meal was fresh and satisfying with great service. Will definitely book again.

Fun spot. Good food. Service was pretty brutal - not sure if short staffed or if our section was just too busy for our server but it was rough. Took forever to get watered, to order drinks, to receive drinks, to order food. Inconsistent quality checks. Second drink took almost 15m to arrive after ordering.

My boyfriend and I had a good experience at Three10 on the patio. We had made a reservation and were seated immediately when we arrived. It started raining towards the end of our stay, but thankfully we had an umbrella beside our table so we were able to keep dry and finish our meal. Service was efficient and the food exceeded our expectations.

We didn’t feel comfortable with our service. His service was ok, at 11pm he brought the bill, however we didn’t want to pay because we would like to drink more, it was like “bye, get off here”. We didn’t ask about the machine but he just took the machine and we had to pay. So, just training better your serves, there are many ways for to do that.

Waiters weren’t all that great. No alcohol in our drink. No ketchup

We had dinner reservations and it went smoothly. The food wasn't all that but very filling. The games were so much fun and I had an overall good experience while there. Staff were helpful and guided us when we had questions.

Service was very slow inspite of less crowd. good was good but got corner table. When asked to change it, they refuse to do even though the place was quite empty.

The rec room was amazing. We had a table on the patio and the set up is definitly romantic and I would come back at night. We had a great view of the cn tower and the food was incredible.

The server and the food were excellent. Great ambience as well, will definitely revisit and also recommend to others.

I booked this for a friends birthday. I made the reservation online and called to confirm and to ask to be close together, not once did anyone tell me there was a seating limit. Thankfully we were granted 3 hours but if we had of known we had to leave after a certain time we would have booked somewhere else for afterwards. We had planned on staying in the Rec Room for the whole night.

We had such a nice night here, the patio is set up well and it has the perfect view of the CN tower. Service was amazing, Julia did a fantastic job. Servers were wearing masks and they did a good job of informing us of the new rules at the hostess stand. Food was delicious and the drinks were great!

Very simple to book the table, service was excellent; good food and very clean.

I have been to the Rec Room before and really enjoyed it but this time I feel the service level and standard of the food was very poor. I honestly thought with COVID restaurants would be upping their game as they begin to open again but this was not the experience I had here. The patio was not that busy and yet the service was bad, we waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to our table, and when we finished our meal the plates were left on the table, even when we asked for the bill they weren't cleared away. The food was just depressing and tasteless. I would not be recommending this to friends or be returning any time soon!

A great first 'Phase 2' experience dining out. The patio was well spaced between patrons and the staff were great.

Good social distancing procedures

Menus are all online and small variety to choose from not many main courses. The waitresses were attentive and polite. The view is amazing. The location is perfect. The food was OK a little disappointed with the fish as it came soft and meals were disappointing.

Good experience. Wish they had some of the other stuff on the menu also available but do understand that due to covid, they were limited.

The Rec Room has done a great job of setting up their patio space. There are some covereds areas, in case of rain, takes are well spaces out and the staff is courteous and friendly.

Food was decent, fair value and no Covid pricing.

Our table was near the speakers and it was laud. We asked for changing the table and they nicely did it. We didn’t like the new table and wanted to go back to the first table and they did so very friendly and turn down the volume. Thanks all the staffs.

No wait, quiet relaxed atmosphere. Partner had the great view of the city and CN tower- I was facing roundhouse park. Table was wobbly, had to keep my foot on one leg the entire time. Service was great. Plates were a little dirty with specks when we got them. We loved our food- she had the ABC burger no bacon and I had the Atlantic cod fish n chips. Coleslaw was dry. We had a great time.

Overall, great experience during COVID times.

We had a great time. The staff was super friendly and it was very apparent that they were taking the current covid situation very serious. Lots of distance between tables and we saw first hand that all tables were cleaned and disinfected thoroughly when guests left. Great little patio, we will be back soon!

It was a great social distancing patio experience. The staff was lovely. The food was delicious. And the atmosphere was beautiful.
