First visit to the Remedy Cafe. Thoroughly enjoyed the food. A change from the standard TGIs or Frankie and Benny's. Will definitely visit again

Brilliant to find a gluten free cafe with delicious food.
Went for lunch on both days of our visit to Manchester.

We came here because it was a gluten free food Establishment. The staff were really friendly and the overall feel of the place was very professional. Our food came and it was out of this world. The presentation on the plates was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, even more because I didn't have to worry about being glutened. The dessert menu was great. Myself and my partner both picked the protein pancakes and again the presentation was fantastic. They really did look as good as they tasted. 5*! I look forward to visiting again .

I’ve been before but the menu has been refined and expanded and I was very impressed. Top quality ingredients - even the gluten free bread was good! Service was attentive and friendly, staff knowledgeable and able to make recommendations.

Booked days in advance for a weekend lunch. Staff had no idea about our booking which was very disappointing. Fortunately we were able to push the two remaining tables together to accommodate us all. Staff said the owner never tells them about weekend bookings so it all seems a bit pointless!
Other than that the food was good although the portions are small!

Enjoyed a family visit with husband and 2 grown up children. Both husband and one daughter are gluten free so they appeciated being able to chose anything on the menu. Food was very tasty and well presented.

First time here and will return. Not a massive amount of choice if you are vegan but what is there is lovely and well worth trying.

The Pulled Steak & Eggs I had was lovely, perfectly cooked and well presented. The staff were friendly and attentive too. I'll be going back for sure.

Excellent Restaurant! this was probably my 5th time and each time seems to get better. Its a 1 hour 20 minute drive to Manchester each way from where I live- and honestly 3 Squared makes it worth while. I highly recommend this friendly restaurant- to all gluten free or not- you will be hard pressed to find a better place.

Really delicious food (though not quite enough) and we loved the turmeric lattes! Love the fact that this is completely Gluten free. The decor is smart and staff lovely at this busy cafe.

Great selection to match our gluten-free and reduced sugar eating requirements. All food was fresh, delicious and a great presentation. The entire staff was prompt and friendly.

Nice looking and comfortable venue. Great food. Wonderful that everything on the menu is gf but still delicious for companions who don't need gf. My none gf friend enjoyed the warm flatbread as much as me. Gf dessert options are a real treat. The only improvement I would suggest would be to extend the menu so that there is more choice for repeat visits.

The service was incredibly slow and some of the staff/management most unhelpful. However some staff were apologetic and pleasant enough. Whilst all is prepared from fresh produce, the food portions were relatively small and there was nothing memorable about the food.

Great restuarant. Food was perfect. Ben was absolutely brilliant - not had service like it.
