Here at the Ring’O’Bells our ‘small plates’ menu is designed to offer our customers the highest quality of food in a way that allows each person to sample a variety of dishes.

We like to test the creativity of our highly skilled chefs resulting in great dishes you’d be unlikely to find elsewhere. Unlike tapas it’s not about everything being brought to your table all at once but more about promoting a slow paced and relaxed dining experience whereby ordering dish by dish you can eat as much or as little as you feel comfortable.

At the Ring’O’Bells we endeavour to please, after all, what restaurant would be complete without steak! Alongside our small plates menu we are proud to offer a selection of selected steaks which we chargrill for an authentic flavour. Other offerings include roast diners available Sunday lunch time and live jazz every Sunday evening.

We loved this place. Been in Bath two years now and never ventured in and were blown away but the friendly greeting, the wonderful service and great food. Our new favourite place to eat in Bath! Thank you!

Unusually interesting food realised to a high standard. The setting is much more pub-like than the food.

The most amazing food.
The best place to eat in Bath.
The small plates are just SO good. I have not tasted food this good anywhere else, ever.
I usually have two small plates, and my husband often does the same, or has a steak or an amazing roast, if on a Sunday. Despite the fact that the roasts look so good, I just cannot stop eating the stuffed squid! Since living in Bath these last 6 months, We have eater lunch here 9 times. It is just a hop behind the train station or a 15min stroll along the canal from the Holburne Museum. Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Portions are small but worth the price. Don't be put off by the location just out of the centre of Bath, absolutely worth the short walk.

The food, drink and service here were superb! The atmosphere was sophisticated but casual with no raised voices from other tables. I would highly recommend to give the Ring O bells a try and look forward to coming back soon. we opted for the tapas style plates and believe me I love my food but 6 plates plus 2 sides between 2 was MORE than enough!! The service was friendly and engaging and a lot of other restaurants could learn a thing from the staff here!!!

The “Small Plate” idea allows you to have a variety of dishes. There was a good selection and all the dishes we had were lovely. Something a little different with great service and a relaxing atmosphere.

We opted for the tapas menu, which enabled us to try lots of different dishes, including most of the vegetarian ones. They were the best. The Chorizo Cassoulet and the Mackerel Fillet were lacklustre. The portions are really quite small -- tapas size -- and unless you have a very small appetite, you will find yourself having to order three or more. Good for an informal family/friends' party.

Great selection of small plates which enabled me to try some more adventurous food whilst my partner could stick happily within his comfort zone with a good steak. Great wine, good service and restaurant was not frantically busy but nice gentle buzz of atmosphere. A great meal!
