Lovely place, nice modern decor. Great atmosphere and food was very tasty.
Very good would recommend.
Nice place. Great food and service.
Accommodating for babies.
Excellent food and drink
Great food and interior, but we waited for our order for too long
Staff always friendly and helpful. Do not pester group unnecessarily. Quality of food variable though ample for our needs.
I love the new look of the place. Really lovely. My main problem was the length of time the food took to arrive. It was very quiet and an hour after arriving we were still waiting for our main course. Both courses were also a bit too salty (and I like salt). Having said that, I would go back and try it again.
Nice meal in the Saint however instead of being remembered for the food, it was the confused waitress and service. Didn't 'spoil' our visit, just unprofessional
Beautiful food and vinho verde top choice. Service a bit slow esp drinks but didnt spoil our night
Fantastic as always. Favourite place to eat in at Andrews x
Great place for dinner or drinks. Would recommend .
Our only problem was the length of time our food took to arrive after the order ,we waited an hour for the food to arrive !
Friendly helpful staff who know our group and assist as required.
Possibly the best-value breakfast/brunch to be found (so far) in St Andrews.
Lovely staff. Great value food, homemade and v tasty
Great food and service. The duck entree was exceptional. Sticky toffee pudding and White chocolate bread and butter pudding were very good. Nicely decorated and nice atmosphere.
Always enjoy The Saint food is always good and hot and the staff can't do enough for you. Will be back soon.
Have been here a few times, when it was the West Port
Disappointing tonight, service wasn't great, waited on drinks & food, had to return a starter
Not sure I'd hurry back again, pity
Very very slow service. It was very busy. The food was mixed . Good roast beef but poor pots and veg. Very poor scampisandwich. Good haggis
A very welcoming establishment , customer focussed and genuinely child friendly . We enjoyed the food , service and overall ambiance of the restaurant . So much so we returned the following day for a drink and loved the variety of seating locations as well as the choices from the well stocked bar . Will definitely return
Lovely restaurant, meal was superb and excellent value for money. Will definitely be back.
Super friendly service. The menu has great selection and the food and wine were excellent.
Table for 4, early evening, not too busy. Service was good, and the food was enjoyable.
Only downside was the side salad, which was very oily.
Excellent festive meal with friendly service. But annoyed that price was excluding tax apparently.
Great food and great service. Our meal was lovely. Great cocktails too
Once ordered the food took an hour to arrive .
Overall some of the cooked good was very nice while some of it was just plain awful. The seating was very uncomfortable and restrictive.
Good lively buzz. Menu provided a scottish twist on pub classics.
Overall things were find. Staff very pleasant. There are better restaurants in St. Andrews for the same price range. I was looking forward to my sole sandwich. Figuring a nice piece of fish and I received over fried tidbits of sole. We were all seated among a late party that occupied the rest of the room. They were very pleasant I just thin we shouldn’t have been seated with a party of approximately 25.
Great night, great food, busy restaurant but every group has their own space. We were in a booth which was great.
Will definitely be back.
Not great variety on menu and disappointing when food did come. Had club sandwich which was nothing to it and not worth the money. Grilled chicken in it was cold. Chips were amazing. Overall experience just average and would not rush back.
Food was better than last visit. However, waited thirty minutes for food.
We got a great table and the food and drinks were very tasty and the service was really good too
Lovely meal here again. Nice that there are always some regular items on the menu and some new items. Service was brilliant and never felt rushed in any way as me and my friend were chatting away completely oblivious of time. Alissa was very helpful and even came and checked if we needed anything else before she finsished her shift. Other staff, didnt cathch her name, was also super helpful.
Looking forward to going back.
Table booking was very easy and the welcome friendly at the restaurant. Service was prompt and friendly and the food came out after a wait that was not to long and was all great. 5 meals and all different kinds and all done well. Well worth the visit
Waitress efficient and polite but food took a while to arrive. When it did, quality of one dish very poor which was subsequently deducted from bill. Disappointing considering place wasn't mobbed.
Good value meal with good service. Comfortable seating in nicely decorated restaurant
Had eggs benedict. The ham hock was mostly dry and overcooked; the muffin was tough to cut. The eggs and sauce were good, as were the fries. The tea and caramel shortbread were excellent. Recommend to have eggs on toast and ask for hollandaise sauce on the side!
If visiting St Andrews, dining in The Saint is a must!!! Everything about it is lovely, from the staff, to the food, ambience, great prices. Would definitely recommend. Look forward to dining there again soon.
