We serve Breakfast , lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
Our popular Carvery serves up the best Sunday Roast for miles around.
Cask Marque quality beers, large kids menu and a full dietary menu. we also have two separate function rooms for private celebrations and events.
We now have a fantastic Marquee in our Garden..It will be Warm and Cosy ,through out the Winter .

Just wasn’t my sort of food, the fish was overcooked and barely edible and chips were cold.
Lovely meal, good friendly service, Covid secure, see you next year when you can open the restaurant again. Happy new year.
A lovely pub staff are always helpful and with the virus there hygiene was very good food was delicious too
Covid-19 restrictions well implemented. Only bottled beer on sale the day we were there.
I had the Lamb Shank which was delicious as usual. My husband had the salmon which he said was lovely.

We attended on Dec 23 for a birthday treat for a family member just before Christmas, and it was not busy. It was safe and service was timely. The starters of nachos were lovely. The main courses were mixed - the salad was excellent (chicken & bacon) as was the lamb shank. The fish and chips were okay, the fish was pretty bland to be fair. The lasagne was good. We would go back overall.

A lovely welcome at the Sally Pussey. The outdoor table was in a warmed marquee which was decorated and welcoming. The app was easy to use and the staff were attentive. The food was also delicious

We ordered 4 burger meals which were tasty and substantial. Those who had desserts were happy also. The only small negative would be the lack of ambiance as the rooms are sparsely decorated

Never had a bad meal here, and we try to go every saturday lunchtime, all 3 of us have different meals and amazing food. Service is fabulous and all staff are very attentive, big thumbs up 👍
Excellent COVID measures but impacting ambiance great service but limited menu
I dined at the restaurant on Friday afternoon & the staff was lovely! I had lamb shank & it was delicious! My mum had fish & chips and didn’t like the chips as they were over cooked & cold but overall lovely place! Will be back soon.
Discovered this gem last year and over COVID has been a godsend for me. A delicious full Sunday roast for less than £10, it’s a no brainer an absolute bargain. Fresh, tasty and excellent value for money, my Sunday life saver. I can not recommend this place enough.
I always return to this place because I know I am going to enjoy it - good value for money. The staff are so friendly, helpful and efficient. It is my favourite place although we live approx 15 miles away.
