    I recently dined at The Selkie on Exchange Street in Dundee, and what a delightful experience it was! The cozy atmosphere immediately drew me in, offering a warm and inviting escape from the hustle and bustle outside. It's the perfect spot for a relaxed evening with friends or a romantic dinner. I opted for a selection of tapas, and every dish was a hit. The lamb and steak tapas were truly standout – perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavor. The rich, savory taste of the lamb was a particular highlight, while the steak was cooked to perfection, delivering that satisfying melt-in-your-mouth sensation. Alongside these, the mussels were a treat, fresh and succulent with a deliciously rich sauce that had me dipping in for more. And, of course, no tapas meal is complete without patatas bravas! These crispy potatoes, paired with a tangy and slightly spicy sauce, were the perfect accompaniment to the meal. The staff at The Selkie deserve a special mention. They were attentive without being overbearing, ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience was top-notch. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and their passion shines through in both the service and the quality of the food.     The food and service were brilliant. Relaxed atmosphere and cool decor. Went at 6pm on a Wednesday and it was moderately busy so glad we booked ahead but they were taking walk-ins too. Great place to eat!

    Lovely lunch at Selkie had a selection of tapas between 3 of us ( including one vegetarian) and plenty of choice for all. Will definitely be back.

    This is the second time i have been and love it! About 2 or 3 tapas each is a good bet. Shame beer pump wasnt working though
