Fantastic meal and service, although we got confused by the signage by the station entrance as it said 3 courses plus bubbly for less than what we ended up paying. However, it was still a really good deal and generally affordable. We would definitely return.

Messed my booking up. Travelled all the way there with a friend that had travelled from a far. Cancelled booking only to tell me on arrival.
Tried to palm me off with a discount which was less than the one already arranged.
Understand mistake happen, but just didn't care

Friday evening in at 19:30 was quiet but had a good ambiance with botanical theme. We had champagne and set menu which allowed me to go for fish, whilst my dining partner went for meat. Beautifully presented dishes with lots of flavour and colour. Timing of service a little off with bread and pickles arriving on top of starters, but a minor quibble and we didn’t have to wait too long. Carafes of white with fish and red went down well. Dessert rum baba with roasted pineapple was a gorgeous finish. Location perfect for catching train home out of Victoria Station.

Great experience for friends' reunion. Very reasonable price, perfect location for everyone. The environment was lovely and quiet and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend!

The food was innovative and what we chose was very good. However the restaurant was over cooled for the number of people in there and we had to move a couple of times before we were satisfied with the temperature and out of a cold blast from the aircon. Would have been difficult if the venue was busy. However, it was a very enjoyable meal and would certainly go again. A definite improvement on the previous restaurant st the Grosvenor Hotel.

Very bad service; Food hit and miss and unexplained. Underwhelmed. Would not go back unless it was to try a cocktail mid week.

The food is good, the ambience is relaxed and upbeat too. The surroundings are very stylish and comfortable and I always enjoy the choice of music. All the staff are lovely and friendly, courteous and polite, but they do seem to be a bit disorganised and you are often left waiting to order etc for what seems like an age. Worth the wait though.
