    The charcuterie boards were amazing. The Steaks were very tasty but could have been warmer. Service was VG.

    First time in SB Edinburgh. My son remembered us going there for a family meal many years ago when it was Honors! We both love our steaks and were happy to go with the recommendations from the waiter. I had the scallops, my son went with the sliders and then we shared the 800g Galician from the specialist steak list. We ordered sauces each but we hardly touched them as the steak was so naturally full of flavour they really didn’t need them. Guy some wine tips as well which all complemented the food beautifully. Definitely be back again.

    Fantastic food, we were a family of 5 with 2 children the staff accommodated us very well and the Sunday roast was delicious

    Lovely food and ambience again. One problem - the server, we believe, wilfully added a bottle of wine to our bill and hoped we would not notice. Her reaction to us spotting it was really clear. Lots of apologies etc - but she had been caught out and clearly didn’t want us to escalate. We didn’t. Because we love the place. But the lesson is - check your bill very carefully.

    Great atmosphere. Great service. And most importantly great food. Best steak in Edinburgh by a mile, the porterhouse was to die for
