There’ll be plenty of places to enjoy a drink too. Try out our double sided main bar, positioned in the centre of The Station House, or take a trip to the first floor and relax in our café and bar. You can even go al fresco on our amazing open air terrace, part of the new glass extension.
It’s a great place to go; really atmospheric, cool Inside and the staff were so helpful and professional! Food was ace and the drinks were delicious BUT £8 for a cocktail and £30 for a bottle of Prosecco is a tiny bit steep. That’s more London prices rather then outskirts of Surrey. But the rest really was superb! Will definitely go back
The food was amazing, service was a bit slow to start with but once the food arrived we were more than happy. The standard was very high and the mixture of flavours was so exciting. The presentation was exceptional. Portions were of a very good size too. We loved it and will be back.
Once again an excellent meals and great staff.
It got a big noisy when a large party arrived to celebrate a birthday and the actual railway arriving in Haslemere. We just changed tables it wasn't a problem as we were on coffee by then
Np complaints and highly recommend
The atmosphere was good. Quite a few tables booked even though we were early (7.15). The staff were welcoming and happy. We took along time to decide on our food but the waitress was patient and happy to help with our choices. The chairs were comfortable and the restaurant is open with a relaxed feel. We had steak and it had flavour and cooked to our liking. There was a wide range of menu choices for each course. We mixed ours up which again was not a problem. The waitress was attentive but not over intrusive. We had a great night thank you
Another fabulous meal at The Station House. The salmon on the specials menu was delicious! Friendly and attentive waiting staff and a lovely atmosphere. Thank you!
Interesting menu with Beautifully presented and delicious food. The staff were attentive and very friendly. The music got a little louder as the evening went on which was a bit too much by the end of our meal but everything else was amazing
We had he Tappas which were very good, the conversation noice in the eating area was quite high making normal conversation difficult. But we moved to the bar area after the meal to listen to the live music, 2 singers which were very good so we staid for the evening and ended up haveing a dance to the music. A very peasant friday evening that i would recommend i a visit.
We often eat here, it's always great quality food . I am gluten free and it's nice to be able to eat with confidence knowing that my meal is safe to eat. We had steak and chips this time and it was fantastic. The chunky chips are amazing !!! Unfortunately the meal was very filling so we didn't manage dessert this time, but I must say the choice of gluten free desserts is great.
The service was excellent - friendly and professional - and the food absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. It was also very good value given the very high quality. We will definitely be returning.
Excellent, friendly, professional service. Food was lovely and was served timely, no long wait. Will definitely go back.
Will revisit. Good food and a good place to relax. Don’t have to shout to be heard. Good value for money.
A great stay! No faults thank you!
We’ll be back!
As ever, truly excellent. Top quality food, the best in the area. A favourite of ours. Food of star quality.
The service was excellent - friendly and professional - and the food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be going back.
Food was very good, service good too! Would recommend!
Overall a very nice restaurant with excellent service. Food was good and the value was ok.
We had a midweek date night. The service was good with friendly staff. The food was great overall a lovely evening. We have been quite a few times now and has always been good.
The service was excellent and the food delicious. We will definitely be going back again soon.
Delicious food, friendly and welcoming staff with a lovely atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful meal.
Helpful friendly attentive staff. Fabulous Sunday Roast. Excellent portions and good choice of veg accompanied the meal :)
Service and food excellent. One of the best meals my wife and I have had for a long while
Perfect food , great friendly service , and a bill that wouldn’t frighten anyone. This was our fifth meal here and I would certainly recommend the restaurant to anyone.
Early evening midweek dinner with my Son. Typically it’s a slow time in a restaurant so you don’t expect too much, but what a nice surprise.
Great welcome, nice table, attentive service, fantastic food. Couldn’t fault it 👍👍👍
Lovely Sunday dinner as always. Service was great. Definitely a local favourite for us.
Always a great experience can’t wait to go back
I’m strict gluten free and it’s never too much trouble 💕
Excellent food spoilt by poor service. Initial welcome and service was good, however this deteriorated on a change of staff. Staff member sullen and seemed more interested in chatting with other staff members than serving diners. Obviously annoyed to be dragged away from her chat when we requested the bill.
Food was great.
Definitely we would love to stay here again.
Would recommend to friends and family.
Went their for our Anniversary had every nice meal pleasant service. My wife is gluten free and she always gets a good choice here of mains and puddings.
The food was good standard pub food. Good value for money. The restaurant felt a bit rushed for a quiet evening; however there was a party going on earlier that evening so we accept that might be the reason.
OK but nothing special. Food was again ok but we thought it was pricey for what we had
Good food, friendly service, a little quiet for a Sunday lunchtime, but overall good.
Roast beef was really nice, burgers great, tricolore veg with quinoa was a little dry.
Baked Alaska was lovely!
Overall a great service with amazing food.
Staff were happy to help with any needs.
Very nice meal, good service, friendly staff. Would love to go again.
We went on a Monday lunch time. So we did not expect to see anyone there, but were delighted to find, place refurbished very well indeed. Food was great actually. It would have been nice if the staff looked like they enjoyed working there, but that's all we could fault, and should not put anyone off- it was a Monday afternoon after all. We really liked the refurb, done very sympathetically and stylish. Would definitely go again.
For the most part the food and drink were very good. However 1 small niggle was that the sweet potato chips which came with the steak Ciabatta were very overdone ( burnt) but they were changed with no problem. 1 other small niggle was my husband had to ask for his steak knife
All in all though we had an enjoyable meal with friends
The food was lovely - 5 adults and 2 children all very happy. An excellent range of gluten free options.
Service was the main element that let down the Station House. Our experience was not good when we were out for a romantic dinner for two and our first night away from our children in 1.5 years, which we told the staff about upon arrival.
Our Prosecco and white wine was served at room temperature and when we asked for replacements these also were served warm. When we complained the manager was abrupt and told us “you won’t get it colder”, which was just rubbish.
When we paid after our meal and left another waitress apologised for the warm drinks that were due to a broken refrigerator. It’s a shame the manager could not have been honest and advised accordingly.
We went with friends this was our second time there and everything was as good as last time. Service was friendly the food was good. That's all you need for a good night out.
All round wonderful experience. Good food and value for money
