The menu consists of a strong blend of contemporary and traditional North Shore Cuisine items. Our temperature-controlled wine cellar holds 1200 bottles of international and local fine wines. We carry 20 wines from the Wine Spectator Top 100 list, including the #1 wine.

Delicious food. Vast wine list. Everything is quite expensive. They seemed to follow covid guidelines well.
I ordered the wild rice latkes, there were 2 on the plate each the size of a silver dollar. There were lots of roasted root vegetables so it was ok but I felt cheated for the cost of it.
I had a green salad , quite ordinary but very very fresh and nicely presented.
My partner had the pheasant soup, delicious, and the salad with chicken, which was over cooked and dry.
The atmosphere is fabulous a d the server seemed very busy but trying her best.
The bread with lingonberry jam and butter was the best of all.
We had the Valentines 5 course dinner special. We also included the wine pairings. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the pairing was $100pp more and we could have bought at least 2-3 very good bottles of wine for that price. The pairings were more like tastings....maybe a 2 oz pour. I know it's not about "getting your money's worth" when splurging on dinner, but we would have appreciated more of the wine experience with the courses. Also, when getting two reds with a course, the server told us which ones were which, but did we remember? No. Suggestion to maybe have wine charms on those glasses with the name of the wine. Just a thought. :) Overall, the experience, server and food was wonderful and we will definitely go back.

Went here for a romantic anniversary dinner. The value for the price paid was spot on. I will say that they have plenty of options as well and the pub experience was full although we didn’t try anything over there. Not sure on some of the other reviews but our experience was over the top. The chef came out to the table and that made such a wonderful impact on us! Rob our server took us on a Journey pairing courses with wine. If you want a lasting memory dine here! Overall this is a unbelievable Gem with new North Shore cuisine and a wine program adapting to that new cuisine. I was blown away the amount of people that had come to visit from other Resorts. We must have hit a diamond in the ruff!
Amazing.... The pheasant Soup was so good it simply Defys description to be honest!
We there to celebrate my daughter’s engagement. The service was wonderful and the food delicious. The cost is a little high but was worth it. We would highly recommend the Strand Waterfront Dining to anyone that wants a special experience.

Great food, great service, great wine list, but its ludicrously overpriced. PLan around $200-250 a couple.
