Rude waitress, not welcoming stood waiting for our booked table for 15 minutes.

This would have been outstanding in sure, if we could have had the Christmas menu which we were expecting. It was a hard menu to find but I did find it in the Facebook page, I also saw the message to book online at it is a new service which I dutifully did. At no point, either on the menu, or during the booking process, or in the text messages or emails received after booking for confirmation, did anyone as us to preorder!! I found out accidentally in the morning if it booking and when I rang I was told we would not be able to have anything from the Christmas menu, which was a huge disappointment as we had really only booked to eat there on the basis of that menu. However, we were able to have a festive platter to share which was good value and helped sooth our disappointment. Hopefully no one else will get caught by the unhelpful online booking system!!
Enjoy our night. Would have been good to be told to order on app , instead of having to wait to find someone after 40 mins.
Eaten here several times and always good food. Pleasant friendly staff and nicely decorated for Christmas!
