Located within the stunning RHS Garden Wisley, The Terrace Restaurant provides a relaxed dining experience, with lunch served at your table featuring fresh produce from the gardens where possible. Please note that garden entry fees apply for non-RHS members.

Dietary Information:
All dishes are prepared in an environment where nuts and gluten are present and may contain traces. If you have dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of booking (we require at least 48 hours' notice) and kindly remind the server when placing your order.
Opening Hours:
• Lunch: Served daily from 11:30 am to 2:15 pm
• Afternoon Tea: Served daily from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm
• Breakfast/Brunch: Available on Saturdays and Sundays only from 9:00 am to 10:45 am

The Terrace Restaurant offers a two or three course lunch. Whilst he quality of the food served was excellent I was a little disappointed in the lack of choice - on the occasion I was there - on a Saturday - two of the four options were roast dinners. There was then a fish pie and a vegetarian dish. None of the options were lighter on carbohydrate which on a Saturday lunch time would have suited me better. The restaurant is very attractive and a pleasant place to spend time with friends whilst visiting the gardens.

Excellent, attentive service and a relaxed ambiance is let down by a poor menu. I know times are hard, but when Wisley Terrace Restaurant offers a choice of 2 roasts and a fish pie you wonder why you didn't just go to the local pub.

The menu is small with just 4 choices for starters and mains. 3 were cauliflower based and 3 had nuts Shame as food was acceptable

The Terrace restaurant is exceptional and the ambience quite unique and in keeping with its setting within the RHS. Bright and comfortable interior design with views across the lawn. It’s staff are friendly and attentive and the food is always well presented and tasty. I have been in a small party of family and friends and occasionally as a single diner and the welcome is always the same. I would recommend highly.

Very polite at check in and seating. Drinks service was quick. The menu choice is limited to 4 of each but this give a option for everyone and means that what they do is done very well. Portion size is just right if you want to go for 3 courses if you have a good appetite or two courses for those who want be more restrained. Service is good with just the right balance of attentiveness and leave you alone. Overall the whole package is great value for money.

We met some friends for lunch, the restaurant was quiet due to the closure of the A3. The starter were excellent, for the main course we selected the "Roast Beef" which was nicely presented apart from the roast potatoes which appeared to have been cooked previously and just warmed up they were hard and uninteresting. Regarding the desert we opted for the fruit crumble, when it arrived it was a "Deconstructed Crumble", the Pear and Plum fruit filling was excellent but the topping was disappointing.
