A wonderful experience in the new restaurant. Definitely recommendable
Very nice lunch. Food quality, staff and venue all very good. Would recommend.
Good value for money, very helpful staff and well cooked meal
Lovely lunch and service great!
2 courses £20 and very tasty.
Really lovely lunchtime pit stop with family during a day at Wisley. Staff welcoming and knowledgeable, food delicious, tables spacious and well distances from others.
Food cooked to perfection and staff were delightful! Already looking forward to my next visit.
My main course of cod was over cooked and very dry, disappointing,.We did complain but got no response. Starter and desert were good.
Superb food provided with exemplary service.
Great lunch in the Restaurant on a rainy day in the beautiful gardens.
This afternoon tea is really over priced
A small pot of tea with no offer of a refill sandwiches were nice a couple of scones.
The most Annoying thing was the young girl waitress kept on coming over asking if everything was alright. Once would’ve been okay but three or four times you just wanted to be left alone. I would not recommend going for the T at a price of 44 quid not worth it
Great ambience and delicious tea - excellent value for money!
Had a great afternoon tea at wisley terrace restaurant. Lovely staff and a great tea. Nice full sandwiches and very light scones. Delicious little cakes. Would definitely return
One of my party felt the beef burger had too much pepper in it and couldn't finish it.
Background music was rather intrusive and with a full restaurant we considered it was unnecessary
The menu choices very good, catered for all tastes. My beetroot burger was very dry, had probably been sitting on a warming plate. My guest also felt this was the case. My other guest enjoyed the pork belly.
Very clean environment, staff attentive and gave good instructions regarding COVID regulations.
As ever it's all great. Just 1 plea! For the sake of those of us who come relatively frequently- could you change or add something else to the menu?
Oh and please make time to go enjoy the roses!
Lovely staff and great food. Beautiful surroundings.
We had our four and a month old granddaughter. We were given a quiet corner for the pram and discreet breast feeding. The baby changing facilities were immaculate. It was perfect
Could be better.
On a hot day we had a beautiful lunch. Great menu for summer. The burger was so good. Good size and nicely cooked. The chips were chunky size and just what we needed. Great value. 2 courses for £20.
We had a lovely lunch at The Terrace Restaurant. The food was excellent and very good value for the quality. The staff were excellent, particularly our waiter, whose name I didn’t get, but was very pleasant and helpful. Beautifully decorated room and with the doors open, a bit of a breeze, on a very hot day. Would definitely visit again. The afternoon tea looked excellent.
Super location. Unfortunate choice of starter but otherwise lovely food.
Really lovely experience. Food was amazing. Will return
A good quality lunch stop in spacious and airy surroundings
A lovely summer day enhanced by an enjoyable lunch
Disappointed....previous meals have been excellent
Booking for here is a must do if you want a relaxed meal with great service.
My partner needs gluten free food and for lunch we gave found this is the best choice- plus knowing you have a table waiting is a bonus!
The staff were excellent- spotting straight away people coming in the terrace exit, non mask wearers etc. Our waitress was amazing- while our food was perfect, the next table constantly questioned the menu and complained but she dealt with it so well! We complimented her on this and she was very professional!!!!
My partner had a naked burger, chips and slaw while I was intrigued to try the beetroot and peanut butter burger- both were fabulous! The cheese board was lovely and my rhubarb dessert delicious- it all made a birthday treat memorable.
Every time we eat there it is first class.
A lovely atmosphere, superb service and delicious food. Would highly recommend this lovely restaurant.
Wonderful to eat out after so long
Pleasant service although it was a little slow
They were very busy
Everyone was enjoying the opportunity to eat out
Good hygiene and social distancing in place
We felt safe
The food was lovely but we waited far longer than people who arrived after us. Staff seemed unwilling to communicate about what the problem was. This did spoil the experience- a 60th birthday lunch
We wanted a peaceful day to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. Wandering around Wisley was perfect and capped off by a very pleasant meal at the terrace restaurant where the staff were friendly and helpful .
Our first time at the Terrace restaurant. Attractive interior. Food was ok but we had to wait a long time for both courses. Perhaps had a staffing issue?
Antonio in charge was delightful
Service a bit slow as were short staffed
We were welcomed and asked where we would like to sit. Our Waitress looked after us and took good note of what we required. Our starter and dessert were excellent. The main Belly Pork was moderate but our overall experience was excellent.
Lovely relaxing lunch with an interesting menu and helpful staff
Ate outside on the terrace glorious day but large parasols provided shade. Food excellent especially the vegetarian dishes ( I suspect ingredients are grown onsite) great salad with artichokes and poached rhubarb as dessert. Main was a burger good but I wish I’d chosen one of two vegitarian options.
For the size of the scones and fancies it was not value for the price of £20 each plus the bread seem to be dry.
Afternoon Tea was very nice, just the right amount of food and a very good price.
Sadly the service was somewhat lacking, we had to ask twice for someone to take an order for drink. It was also 30mins until the food arrived.
We had a very enjoyable meal. Food was well presented and tasty. Possibly the main course could have had a larger portion of vegetables and potatoes. Service was good. More shade required for very hot days.
Lovely lunch with my elderly mother, great setting and lovely food and very attentive service. Our second visit and did not disappoint, will definitely come again.
While the young service team is still finding their feet, service management is clearly doing an exemplary job. We had the £20 two course option which, with the delicious and well presented food coming out of the kitchen and the clearly gorgeous setting provides excellent value. Highly recommended.
