Haven’t been since all the works been done love it kids of space and lovely set out. Only scored what I have due to the circumstances I’m sure once everything is back to normal the place will be even better with a great atmosphere
Food was ok , only had a salad so not much to get excited over , the lady who served us though was the most miserable person ever, I understand it was the last day before lock down but indeed went to have a last meal out and wanted to enjoy ourselves, instead we felt rushed, unwelcome and really uncomfortable
Food fab, staff friendly and helpful and the new extension was just perfect x
Food was amazing. Will definitely be back again. Lovely decor and very quiet.
Sunday dinner was really disappointing, veg and meat was not great. Also came out in 5 minutes so it was just warmed up in the microwave.
Puddings were really good
We have had Sunday lunch a few times as it’s been my mother in laws favourite place. to have Sunday roast. Last Sunday the beef
was really tough. The rest of the food was good but the beef was
Inedible. 11 October
Nother most enjoyable meal in nice comfortable surroundings. Staff very friendly. Will deffinitely be going back.
We had a lovely meal after being greeted by two friendly staff. It was very covid safe so we felt relaxed and comfortable. Have been to the cottages many times and will certainly be going again.
Great place, amazing food, dog friendly and reasonably priced what more can you ask for.
First time visit. Great staff, great food, an excellent place for a meal.
Will be back again soon.
Not really good value, each main meal was over £10 which was a lot for what you got! Please try and do a better offer for us older, people I know it not easy the way things are.

Enjoyed Sunday lunch in the conservatory - good food, good service, very good Covid wise, would certainly recommend and we hope to go again.
Had a fabulous Sunday roast, lovely food and great value for money. Will definitely go again and soon.
The we went should have been our wedding day because we couldn't have our day we chose to go to the place we very first me two year ago to the day x
Good service, food and atmosphere. I will definitely go again.
Really lovely Sunday roast. And of course desserts. Well spaced
Excellent food & service would definitely recommend, very pleased
First time at the Three Cottages and hopefully will not be the last. Excellent food and service; what more is there to say!
Nicky and the rest of the team are allways lovely all ways feel safe thear
We all enjoyed our meals and the service was good too
This was a birthday means. We had Superb food and service. Top Notch.
We very .much enjoyed our evening at Three Cottages. We felt safe under the current restrictions of the virus. The food was lovely. I was a little disappointed that the menu I had been sent prior to the evening differed from what I was actually able to have.
Thank you.
We visited on Sunday afternoon for my mother in laws birthday and it was lovely
The service was fast and friendly, the food was amazing and the spacing to allow for social distancing was great
Loved to the pie, especially with the stilton. Great food reasonably priced and friendly staff.
First time we’ve been since the pub was altered and we liked the new layout, conservatory area and disabled toilet facilities . Menu was great and we all enjoyed our meals
Good service nice food ,rainy day when we visited but a lovely outdoor area
Excellent meal, excellent service, well worth every penny. People have given bad reviews about this place but I can’t fault it at all. Will definitely be returning soon !!
Couldn't fault anything about my time at the three cottages. The service was fantastic and the food is by far the best I've had in a long time and I will definately be returning. Thankyou for my amazing food.
Food was lovely but not enough custard with the crumble
The food was outstanding so we’ll definitely visit again. However the table service was very poor and slow. We had to ask for desserts and bill etc. It took ages to clear plates away! Lovely new decor though!
We had fish and chips and a burger on brioche, the fish was tasteless and had a dark patch down the middle. It tasted like it was frozen and very watery inside. We sent the food back and didn’t order another main. The burger was very dry and overcooked and very mediocre in appearance. We will not be going back there as we waited two weeks for the appointment and it was our wedding anniversary and was really looking forward to this. Even at 50% off it was not worth the money.
Came here for the first time since it reopened. The extension is really nice and the outdoor area great in the nice weather. Took advantage of the eat out to help out scheme. Think a little expensive if didn’t use this but will visit again. Food was delicious.
Absolutely wonderful place to visit.
The staff make you feel very welcome.
The food that my mother in law and I had was delicious.
Great pie and the lady who served us outside was polite and very attentive. Great meal for a business meeting.
The food, service and value for money (eat out for help out promotion) were all excellent. Our waitress was very accomodating, sorry didn't get her name. However, the nearby building site, and it's noisy and dusty vehicles, like a cement mixer, kept rolling by. We were seated virtually near the roadside and yet other tables up the top were available? I would certainly ask for a table near the rear door if eating outside, at least while the building work is on. I know the restaurant can't help the building work, but they can accommodate clients as far away from it as possible.
Food was excellent, refurb of the pub done to a high standard. Will definitely go back
Staff were great, food was lovely and measures were in place but didn't feel over the top or unsafe!
The food was really good as always. I didn't enjoy my dessert as I went for the apple and fruit crumble and the menu didn't state that it was dried fruit, I don't like dried fruit. I did tell the waitress who said she would tell the chef. Otherwise it was very nice.
Go and try it and you will not be disappointed very good pie
I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fantastic meal lovely staff and service was excellent and adhered to all COVID regulations would definitely recommend this to everyone
