   We were very impressed. Burgers fantastic. Salt and pepper chicken starter very tasty as well. The cheesecake and Rob Roy desserts were fab! Service was excellent.

   Chicken with peppercorn sauce - however the sauce was very thin, though it was tasty and thankfully I had chips and rice to mop up the sauce

   Food was amazing as always, great portion sizes. Fast and friendly service. We brought a candle for my partners sons birthday and asked for it to be put on his pudding which they did happily, singing happy birthday to him as well which he loved!

    Went for a meal family of 6 got starter then had to wait over 90mins for main meal. Which wasn't that good food was cold on a couple of dishes. The service was excellent our waitress Emma was so nice and kept coming to table yo apologise for the wsit she had a lovely manner a credit to the resturant. First time here and my last

    First time ever I have been disappointed with the food here! Out of 4 plates they only got top marks for the fish & chips! My husband had the chicken goujons & said they were awful - like it was roasted chicken recoated in batter - they weren’t even goujons shape! My friend & I had the Sunday Roast - her food was Luke warm & my chicken was tough . So disappointed- staff never asked if food was ok & when waitress picked up the two full plates no comment was made - which made me think there might of been a lot of full plates all night !

    My cousin and I try to meet once a month for brunch and a catch up, we always go to the Townhouse. No matter what we ask for we get it, nothing is too much bother and the staff and service is always fantastic.

    Waiter/waitresses were excellent. Extremely attentive, friendly, welcoming and simply couldn’t do more. Couldn’t rate them highly enough especially Emma. She is such an asset to the team. Food was lovely and great quality. Only very slight downside was the new/trainee chef had apparently forgotten to put one of the main meals on to cook. This meant that 5 of our dining party had their meals 10+ minutes before the other person in our party of 6. I would definitely recommend eating here again though and will hopefully be back soon.

    Was delighted with the friendlyness and helpfullness of staff. Wheelchair friendly and accessable. Only tiny grumble was time between courses, this was probably due to them being so busy.

    Hubby was delighted with his burger but i was a little disappointed with the salad if I am honest. It was very retro ?? I had expected more of a salad bowl rather than the plated, placed selection.
