About
Our kitchen celebrates the finest, freshest, and where possible, local ingredients, across an array of classic British dishes, while our wine list reflects the rich cultural melting pot of the city we call home.
Naturally, we bring our signature service to the table, no matter the occasion. Elegant dining tables, convivial banquettes and tall stools for bar-side gatherings provide a welcoming array of options for guests to sit, sip a cocktail, eat or simply watch the world go by.
Whilst the menu choice is very limited the drinks menu is extensive. We had dinner here after a visit to the theatre and the restaurant had a nice feel and buzz about it. The food was immaculately presented and delicious. Do not expect large portions. Do expect good food and excellent service.
Menu changed and now has less options, more like bar menu. Service good, staff friendly.
Very quiet for a Wednesday night a few weeks before Xmas. Loads of empty tables so little in the way of atmosphere. Waiter not very knowledgeable about the menu and couldn't answer any of the questions we had. Food tasteless and boring and empty plates left on the table for a long time. The food really was bad for the price. Are they hoping to just get passing tourists in?
The restaurant was very quiet with few tables occupied. Consequently, I was expecting a higher level of service and responsiveness. Unfortunately I was disappointed. All the more so because I had taken a client to this venue because of it being listed on Open Table. Although our drinks order was taken and delivered quickly, we had to seek members of staff to give our orders. The waiter was not as knowledgeable about the menu as I would have expected and had to seek information from a colleague for some basic information. After sweet we had to actively seek someone to take our order for some post-meal drinks. The person lacked knowledge about the brandy that was available and appeared somewhat irked to have to determine the options. Overall the food was good but such service, when you are trying to impress a client, does not incline me to recommend the restaurant nor to go their again.
We were here after theatre. It is very convdenient to the West End. The food tended to Middle Eastern or Moroccan. The Negroni was excellent, as was the salad with grilled haloumi cheese.
Didn’t live up to expectations, all too stiff and trying too hard, no true character
The menu was very limited.Side orders of vegetables, water, coffee were expensive and pushed up the cost of the pre theatre menu by 80 %
Excellent staff and service. Beautiful dining room, we were having a quick pre-theatre dinner but wish we were there for longer to enjoy the atmosphere a bit more.
The food was very good and the staff were very attentive. A little pricey but we got served in good time for the theatre.
Fairly new brasserie with an interesting menu. Would recommend it.
Service slower than expected.
The restaurant was large and spacious, with nice Xmas decorations - unfortulnatley they decided to stick us at teh back of the restaurant where there was little ambience or service - a very disappointing experience!
Outstanding quality of food and service. We had a large group and the staff were very attentive, the menu choices were interesting and varied, and the bottom line - the food - was really very good. A bit pricey but not crazy given the quality and the location.
