The majority of our guest come to The Union Kitchen for our ability to craft unique, customized menus instead of the standard 'select from menu' experience. While our guest are welcome to choose menu items from our menu, we specialize in custom menus that combine our guests' taste and budget requirements with what's in season. We can also provide a complete service staff fo an additional hourly charge. Full linen and dish service is available upon request. No need to panic about logistics! My friends and I spent 3 hours at lunch there -- and our waitress was delightful and did not make us feel guilty for using her table (though there were open tables nearby). The food was delicious as always. One of my favorite restaurants in Towne Lake.

The waitress was excellent, I had never been there before and asked for suggestions. I saw that there was fried cauliflower on the online menu but not on the Sunday menu, when I asked, she stated it was only on the lunch menu during the week, but she went and asked if they could make it and they said yes, they could. Even though in the end I ordered the cauliflower pizza, but I appreciated that they would have made it.

I must say that the service is fantastic at this location. But the food is not. I’ve been to other Union kitchen locations in they are lacking flavor and is not at the same level of taste as the Katy store. The manager is very friendly and accommodating but the food is lacking tremendously compared to the other union kitchens. This is disappointing because this Union kitchen isn’t where I live. We’re still going to Union kitchen but not at this location.

Our table was ready when we arrived. Our server promptly came to the table and took excellent care of us the whole time. The food was delicious and all served at the same time. We had several bar drinks and all were mixed expertly. We couldn’t have had a better experience.

I wasn't happy with our experience at all. Why do some tables there have tablecloths and not others? It feels like those without are banished to being "not as good" as the other tables. I asked to sit in a semi-quiet more private area and we were seated by the door where everyone walked in and out to and from the patio. (which let in blasts of hot air and bugs!) The table next to us looked nice and had tablecloths and all napkins/silverware. Ours had none. If I am paying $250 for a nice bottle of wine and a special event dinner, I should have tablecloths and silverware too and shouldn't have to ask for it. I can say the food was great but everything else was not worth the $$$ we spent. The music was loud and very youth-ish. The server was nice but inattentive and I felt his "colorful commentaries" were inappropriate with my kids at the table. We won't be going back to any of these locations any longer. I was highly disappointed. We eat at a lot of restaurants in Houston and this was the first time I would not go back to eat at the restaurant. I was so upset that this experience ruined my Dad's birthday by choosing this place that I actually cried. What I thought was supposed to be a nice upscale restaurant was just a little better than Chili's. They need to do better!!

Food really wasn’t very good. I had a dish that called itself Korean, but tasted like any regular old barbecue sauce could have been used. Wife had a chicken dish that she said wasn’t that great

We've dined at other Union Hall restaurants in the past, and this one exceeded our expectations. In spite of the crowd on Father's Day, our server was friendly and attentive. The menu options were great. Outstanding Dad Bod cocktail and the Cinnamon Bread Pudding topped off the meal in a perfect way.

The food, service and ambience was very nice! This was a a girls night out celebrating a couple of birthdays and we could not have asked for more of a lovely evening with tasty cocktails, appetizers and delicious entrees! We had beignets for dessert which evidently are complimentary & were awesome! Our waitress was very attentive & prompt! It’s so nice to have a restaurant this in the cypress area ! It has such a great varied menu!!!

I love the other location! This one however was just not up to par. 2 of our dishes came out cold …spent $120 paid for cold food we didn’t even eat one of the apps. Server seemed so busy that it wasn’t a pleasant experience he said “I’ll be back about 15 times”
