Starters and desserts are fairly good, main courses average pub food. Very Overpriced for the standard of the food.
Not sure how they are in the Michelin guide.
Good food served in pleasant surroundings . Excellent and attentive service.
Fab food and excellent service! A fantastic night out!
A little gem in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. Will be returning.
Absolutely love The Warren!!
Started with a lovely bottle of pink English sparkling wine, which was recommended when we sat down, it was gorgeous. Service amazing as was the food, love the fact that a lot of items on the menu are locally sourced. The rhubarb soufflé was unbelievably good!!
We tried the Warren this weekend after wanting to go there for some time and we were so disappointed. The interior is tired and shabby, the toilets were filthy! Waitresses were surly and had an attitude; for example I asked if they had a dry rosé and got simply raised eyebrows (as if to say “of course we have”) - no actual answer and she just walked off to get it. The food was tasty but not mind blowing - and when the bill is over £150 per couple it really ought to be. Regardless, the food couldn’t make up for the lack of ambience and care that you felt as a diner. Waste of money and a wasted evening. A real shame.
Nice restaurant, great food. Could do with more service staff as service slowed down a lot when it got busy. Outside area also became quite noisy with lots of smokers. Would go again but sit inside.
We booked this for a family celebration. It was a fantastic evening. Oliver and Magdalena went out of their way to make it a wonderful. Oliver provided an excellent wine recommendation and the table staff were incredibly helpful. They surprised us with a birthday dessert at the end which finished the perfect evening.
The charcuterie and the beef were particularly delicious.
Ourchildren are keen to return very soon.
Everything was excellent, food, service, location can’t be improved!
We had a late Sunday lunch and it was great. Best roast beef we’ve had in a long time (and generous portions too).
Fantastic service and meal, would recommend to anyone
Lovely food, staff and setting.
Definitely go back and recommend to a friend
Fabulous atmosphere, brilliantly prepared locally sourced food and excellent selection of English bubbles.
A wonderful lunch with local produce that was delicious 😋! Fully accommodating of my allergies , excellent service and atmosphere.
Wonderful restaurant with excellent food and friendly and attentive staff. You can really taste the freshness and the whole farm-to-table concept shinse through. Both the lamb and the stake were cooked to perfection and generous in size. We also ordered a kids portion of fish and chips which left us wondering how big is the full sized one!
Very decent food and wine. Prompt service. Hard to fault the meal although I didn't realise they only have a Sunday menu and not offer ala carte on a Sunday. I think the venue good to with a bit of a face-lift, slightly tired but in a charming sort of way. Great value overall.
Always a lovely venue. Amazing food, local and fresh. Great service. We plan to be back soon
Really lovely dining experience, attentive staff, good food and excellent wine.
Great food, friendly staff and excellent service.
My only comment would be it was very hot in the restaurant, a door or window open for some fresh air would of been perfect.
Steak lunch with friends, wonderful staff great venue. Highly recommend it!
A really excellent meal - our first post lockdown fine dining experience. Tuna salad nicoise was scrumptious as was the moules mariniere starter. We’ll be back soon.
An excellent meal. Lovely food and great service. Very satisfied.
Was a lovely restaurant just a shame we weren’t in the
The Warren was recommended to us by many so we were looking forward to a nice meal with friends. We went on a Friday night and it was clear it was busy. Our reservation was at 8pm. We arrived at 7.45pm and had a drink at the bar. Only bottled beer which disappointed my husband and for me a glass of fizz which was rather small and not adequately chilled. Our friends arrived and ordered a drink. We asked to be seated at about 8.15pm and were told someone would come and get us. No sign for another 30 minutes! It was clear we were being held to space out the seatings for the kitchen. It was 10pm before we received out main courses. As we had babysitters to relieve we literally had to stuff the food down and leave. The food was nice but nothing memorable tbh. Really underwhelmed overall. There are much nicer restaurants in TWells.
Such a great treat to return to The Warren after lockdown. The food is always so fresh and locally sourced where possible which really shines through. Great service and atmosphere, it felt special and a proper night out.
Catered for coeliac needs, wonderful friendly staff, food was exceptional!
Just wonderful will be back soon. Staff were very inviting attentive and welcoming.
Just thought the whole experience was great - food / staff /room was excellent .
As always, amazing service and delicious food. Best restaurant in Tunbridge Wells
Thoroughly enjoyed The Warren. Treated beautifully by the staff and food was wonderful. The restaurant is special.
Had an amazing evening at The Warren . The food and service was wonderful and we loved sitting in the beautiful thrones !
Food was average, menu doesn't tally with what's on the website and they only had a selection of 4 dessert, two of them which is made out of alcohol. I am 26 weeks pregnant so alcohol dessert wasnt something i wanted. Overpriced. Staff was friendly though
We had an lovely lunch at the Warren on Halloween, it wasn't booked for an occasion but it is definitely an occasion venue and we will definitely return once we are able!
Staff were attentive without being invasive, service was prompt and efficient.
The food was delicious, and portion sizes more generous than I might have expected, so much so that I was disappointed to not have room for a dessert! This was not helped by the fresh warm bread and butter served on arrival which we couldn't help but finish!
We also had a very nice glass of champagne and glass of red with our meals.
Highly recommend for a special occasion or just a casual lunch as we had
It was a superb experience, with friendly welcoming staff and great food. Would definitely recommend!
Amazing food and staff, will definitely be going back when able!
Exceptional food with attentive and accommodating staff. Friendly and able to adapt menu for wheat and nut allergies. Excellent English wines on menu.
Lovely staff and great food - only haven't given 5 stars as there was a long wait at the end and we had to ask for the bill twice. Would not stop us going back!
I just didn’t think the food was as good a quality as I thought it would be. A bit disappointed really, was expecting more
Lovely staff, lovely setting, would definitely go again
