The White Hart
Food available from snacks and tapas to full meals in the bar or restaurant.
A relaxing cosy atmosphere for both drinking and eating.
All 4 of us had roast dinner lamb , beef , mixed meats it was lovely 😊
Lovely food, great service, good value. No baby changing facilities which was disappointing given the children’s menu offered.
Excellent all round. W shad Saturday lunch and it wasn’t too busy just right for us. The food was excellent quality and offered with great service.
The White Hart goes from strength to strength - a great buzz and brilliant staff. The only reason I would mark the food down to a 4 from a 5, is that the portions are so huge! We struggle to manage a starter and a main - smaller portions please!
Great meal food was lovely and service was great throughout all courses. Was a lovely relax atmosphere and will be returning :)
Nice choice, cooked to perfection, lovely setting. Will be going again.
Food was AMAZING, went for Sunday roast. Ate outside as the weather was nice, service was still great, moved inside when the weather turned very British :)
A hidden gem of a pub in a beautiful village. The Sunday lunch was to die for , the meat was tender and the vegetables beautifully cooked. The portions were very generous. I will definitely be going back.
Had a lovely Sunday lunch celebrating my birthday with family. Food and service was excellent. Look forward to booking up again soon.
A perfect place for good food including its breakfast if you stay
Always good honest pub food. Service great and everyone makes an effort to ensure the experience is special even on a Monday night.
Also a new chef there now who is adding his own flavour with loads of veggie options too
Six people in our group and all very pleased with the quality and generous portions of the Sunday lunch. Staff were very friendly and the ambience was pleasant.
Not a particularly exciting menu choice but what was on offer was done well
Nothing else to say but fantastic all round. Would certainly recommend to everyone!
Very good Sunday lunch indeed. Couldn’t fault it. Staff all helpful and pleasant. Now to try a weekday!!
Really good Sunday roast - big portion sizes, hot and very tasty. We will go again.
Great location, and a pub with a good community feel. Sunday lunch had a good selection of roasts and a range of other options.
My wife and I visited for Sunday lunch recently, a lovely pub, friendly, swift and efficient staff and lovely food at a good price.
Great food, good value, huge portions. Lovely old English pub.
Very nice food and attentive waitress the only down is the car park which is very small.
We were 8 for dinner, on a family birthday.
Service was a bit stretched to begin because the FA Cup was showing on a big screen and the pub was very busy; but once that crowd dispersed both the food & service were great.
Despite the diversity of dishes, for both starters & main course, the food arrived in coordination.
From the steak to the sea bass it was universally enjoyed.
Thank you White Hart & the team for another great meal.
Wonderful food, lovely atmosphere.
Lovely food and very attentive service , reasonable priced wine.
We had a Mother Day Lunch. Great food and really good service.
We had Sunday lunch at The White Hart. Lovely food, great service and friendly ambience. Couldn’t fault it and would recommend.
Another excellent Sunday lunch at The White Hart.
No other pub around Milton Keynes does it better.
Great food; multiple veg to accompany delicious roast meats. Caring & charming service. Super value. And a great pub atmosphere.
There is no better Sunday lunch in Milton Keynes area.
The food is really well presented, generous in portion and great value.
The young ladies serving were friendly and keen to please.
A great meal - as always
Very good food, friendly and welcoming. The staff were excellent
This is an old village pub with all the usually things associated with that, log fire, dogs, low beamed ceilings. The food we had on the night was the best I've had in there - especially the brie and beetroot tart with a herb crust, which was superb. The seafood linguine was excellent. The waitors were attentive and cheerful. All good.
Very pleasant easy going village pub with good food and beer.
Loved our experience at The White Hart. The food was amazing.....lovely big portions & delicious food. The atmosphere is nice & relaxed & the service was very good. We love this pub & will be back again & again.
The meal was excellent and the Sunday lunches were great portions. Top pub dining.
We ordered a burger which came in a stale bun with an overcooked burger patty and a slice of processed cheese on top - nothing else. We asked the waitress if it was standard for the burger to come with no garnish and were told they had employed a new chef who was doing his own thing.
We also ordered a tuna nicoise salad: I have never seen such a dry piece of fish. Again, this was relayed to the waitress who simply told us she'd let the chef know. We thought they would offer to address this, but nothing came of our complaint.
We will not go back to this pub. The food was appalling and staff couldn't care less. Not to mentioned that it was expensive too.
When we walked in at 1pm on a Saturday alarm bells should have gone off - what good pub is not heaving with people having lunch at peak time on a weekend? This pub was empty except for a couple of patrons sitting at the bar drinking.
There are plenty of good pubs around this area, so we will ensure to stay away from this one from now on.
Excellent home cooked food. Relaxed atmosphere with enough attention from the staff but not too much. A nice big plate of piping hot food, good value for money
A very well prepared and tasty meal enjoyed by all six of us. Staff were very accommodating and ensured the food was adjusted to accommodate the guests requiring a gluten free diet.
