   We got there 2 minutes before our booking, none of the staff knew about our booking or could find it even when I showed them on my phone. There was no apologies or anything. They cleared drinks off a table. Not sure if someone was still sitting there and had gone for a smoke or something as there was still full drinks left. Didnt even give the table a wipe down after. Dj was pretty poor, he would turn the volume up too loud that no one could talk in any way and then would put on a playlist and walk off to talk to mates.

   Amazing place! Staff was so polite and best part was food! Apart from bosh meat burgers, don’t forget to try out their vegan burger. I never had such delicious ‘vegan’ burger before. Definitely gonna go there again.

   We've eaten and/or drank in this place a few times and liked it. Not so happy this time, there's plenty of other places we'd like to try and will do in the future probably, though it'd still be fine to drop in for a pint. There were four of us, and we asked on ordering if we could get two separate bills, 2 +2, but this wasn't possible apparently, as it was only "one bill per table". It must be a restriction of the computer system but it doesn't seem like it would be a big deal to allow. Usually if there's 4 of us eating we'd just split it ourselves, but for our own reasons, this time we would have liked separate bills. In the end we just handled it ourselves afterwards. Almost all the staff were lovely and attentive, but one was a bit surly, though I won't give details as perhaps they were just having an off day. As for the food, two of us had the buttermilk chicken burgers, which were delicious. The chips, however, while tasty in themselves. were heavily over-seasoned with salt, making them practically inedible. I took it as a challenge (probably a guy thing) and managed mine by covering with the provided BBQ sauce, but it actually hurt my mouth afterwards - my fault for persisting. The other sauce was inedible too - it seemed to be a variation of Frank's Hot Sauce, which we like, but was really just mayonnaise seriously overpowered with vinegar. I asked if the TV could be switched on, to see some of the Ireland rugby game, but was told (nicely!) it was broken, and it wasn't a sports pub - which is fair enough, there are enough other places to watch sport in - that's down to me.

    Only went because of their massive tiktok presence and felt I'd been fooled into ordering their food. Was overpriced and just did not taste great. Took 45 mins to bring one bowl of chicken wings which they just threw at us with the burger even though it was supposed to be for a starter. In the mean time the head chef is chilling at the bar and jumping around with the waitresses. Called itself a cocktail bar yet the drinks were just awful. On a not so busy Friday night was out of all it's craft beers so only had watery Guinness and Heineken. Seems to be riding on social media presence rather than substance

    I came here for my birthday and we had such a lovely time. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food and drinks were so tasty and the tunes they were playing were so good! I got the vegan beyond meat burger and the zombie cocktails which were so nice! Highly recommend coming here

    Food was amazing and so good for the price. Drinks made in house were also very tasty and good value for price. That being said service was not good. The servers were not communicating with each other and we were asked each question multiple times. We were then offered desserts on the house by one server and moved table by another server. No dessert ever arrived after we put in our order with the first server. Once moved downstairs our staff changed completely. It took 15-20 mins for three of our four people to get noticed and put in the newest drinks order. It also took longer than 15 mins to grab the attention of again a new server due to lack of attention from our downstairs server to get our bill. Unfortunately it really hurt the vibe of the evening to have this chaos however food was again incredible hopefully the staff can come together and live up to the food.

    Staff are lovely, very polite and attentive. Menu looks stunning, but the food is not made well at all. Chicken tenders were very oily and the Mac and cheese was totally flavorless. Cocktails are nice! But a bit overpriced.

    Booked the table for 7-9. However, at 8.40, was handed the bill and told our time is up, we can wait until we finished our smokes and then head, WITHOUT AN OPTION FOR LAST ORDERS. At 8.50 we were ushered downstairs to finish our drinks (NOTE NONE OF US ARE FULLY VACCINATED AND THERFOR SHOULDNT BE DINING INDOORS), despite having a booking till 9pm. Staff were very hard to access for orders during our time there. Very disappointed as we are regulars, however won't be returning if we don't even have access to the full time we booked or easy access to ordering drinks.

    (5people)We were all Extremely ill after the food, booking was at 7 we were notified the table was prebooked for 9, we understand the place was a bit busy but we were waiting 15/20 mins any time we ordered a drink, we ordered our food at 7:40 and we didn’t get the food until 8:14 and we were then handed our bill while we were still eating at 8:35. No option to get dessert or even another drink. The staff were really really nice and seemed to be run off their feet maybe due to lack of staff but the service was slow, food was not nice at all and cocktails weren’t the best. I was really disappointed because I went here for my birthday last month and had a great time hence why I booked it again for myself and my 4 friends. I asked for our food to be boxed as we had a lot of food left and no time to finish it and the staff member emptied our food into the boxes at the table, no bringing it back to the kitchen, poured any eaten chicken wings (bones) into the boxes as well. I would of been happy if they left the boxes there and we do it ourselves. It was just not professional. I am a chef myself and I wouldn’t be the type to leave bad comments as I know how stressful it can be but I would just not be happy if my food went out the way it did and the food wasn’t boxed properly.

    We had an absolute Fantastic experience at the Wiley Fox. The staff were so accommodating and made the night very special. Our server, Ian was particularly brilliant and made our evening amazing. The food was great and the drinks were delicious. I will recommend the Wiley fox to everyone know!

    The beer garden terrace is so nice. The cocktails were massive the food was nice some of it was hit or miss tho. The cocktails were lovely and one of the waiters with a pony tail was so lovely to us

    The most amazing atmosphere. Super helpful and friendly staff, warm outdoor area and great value. There was a slight delay with one round of our drinks (which was perfectly fine it was busy and we didn’t mind sitting and waiting as the atmosphere was so nice) and the server was so apologetic, came back and explained the situation to us and everything! Will definitely come back again
