    We loved the Woodside. The ambience was tasteful and relaxing. Dinner was delicious. We then went to the bar and talked to the barman about whiskies and relaxed in the bar. Would go back in a heartbeat.

    Beautiful place to eat, outside could do with a bit of a tidy up. Food very poor for price, Keta full of lettuce not much cheese, veg and tomatoes.

    Lunch Service was fine, apart from mixed up order. Fish finger sandwiches were lacking filling and the bread was standard white bread rather than for example, crunchy ciabatta that the others at our table received.

    Booked a table for 3 as we were taking our daughter out for the day. She has food intolerances and I telephone them ahead to check if they could cater for her.... We arrived on the day and the gentleman who took our order and served us was so helpful. Certainly put her at ease and she thoroughly enjoyed her meal.... Thank you so much to everyone.... We will most certainly be back

    Yes, the Woodside in Doune, well worth a visit. Nice surroundings, good parking, friendly and efficient staff, good food and drink at reasonable prices. Recommended.
