Myself & my son had a lovely tasty ad-hoc dinner here last night.Sat outside in really well set up sheltered but extremely well ventilated outdoor area.It was very busy but waiting staff couldn’t have been more helpful or attentive. Can’t wait to come back again and son wants to book it for his birthday
Had a very enjoyable meal with friends, sharing lots of tasty appetisers. Service was attentive and friendly and the atmosphere was great.
Very expensive for what you’re getting. Cost €80 for 2 lunches, shared side with a drink each and shared dessert with one tea. Stodgy dumpling. Wings are wings. Would avoid. As a Dublin resident I can say with confidence that there are much better places for the same or less money.
Excellent food and staff are always so nice and friendly
Can’t fault it, food was delicious and staff lovely
everything was generally good, a little bit expensive, but the portions were sizable and food was great quality.
Food was delicious and service was excellent. They have outdoor heaters which was nice.
Excellent service, ambience and food. A good selection of cocktails and drinks
Great staff. Great atmosphere. The food and cocktails were delicious.
The service was brilliant. Extremely friendly and never left waiting or needing anything. The food was amazing. Really safe environment too.
Great experience. Felt very comfortable and warm in the outside seating.
A buzzy place, with good service. However, the food was underwhelming, and was quite expensive for what we received. This was my 3rd visit in recent months and again, I felt that while the menu options looked very appetising, we were disappointed. Food lacks flavour, and doesn't deliver what it says on the menu. I really like this place as the room and the setting are great - some tweaking in the kitchen would really make this a regular choice for me.
Super service, very attentive staff. Food was delicious and very well priced for su h a location. I'll be back
Charming place overlooking the Liffey river with delicious food and great staff. Definitely a keeper!
Really good service. Nice cocktails and really nice brunch options, we're in the outside hearted terrace great for people watching and not too cold.
Horrible food awful service this place has gone down hill massively
Helpful staff food well cooked good value for location
We had lunch in the outdoor seating section. It was very nice. The food was really tasty and the steak was actually cooked as ordered, which is uncommon in Ireland! The staff were friendly and polite. We would return
Great location - great vibe and atmosphere - food menu is limited enough / but nice
Great service and great location
Lovely and friendly staff.
I loved the Woollen mills the first time I tried it, the savory waffles were amazing but this time the quality and quantity wasn’t great and the food was dry.
The food was a bit burnt and came out very quickly so always a bad sign.
The waiter made me feel rushed and took away my friends plate while she was still eating! Not good.
Very good experience all round
Great food and fun staff. Had a great evening with a lovely view of the hapenny bridge.
Fabulous meal… service was great, really friendly staff!
Food was unreal. The place is so cosy and buzzing.. Can’t wait to go back
Limited selection on Menu, but has looked ta before booking so it was ok. Felt nice and festive inside with good decorations. Tables well spaced out.
Great service & excellent food. Loved the cocktails & the real Christmassy vibe too. 100% would go back
Except for the quality of the food, everything else was good, ie service, atmosphere, location etc. Rump steak was tough; nobody finished their Turkey main course. Menu lacks choice.
Worst dinner ever
Ordered steak that was quite expensive (€26) and was chewy, was not charged when raised it but still disappointing presentation and meal based on the price. Also had noted it was my fiancés 30th but was initially sat beside the kitchen door and only got moved as I asked. Then nothing was done for the dessert to mark the occasion as requested on open table and by phone.
Excellent Service. The staff were very professional and friendly. The food was delicious with generous portion sizes. Great ambience.
This wasn’t as good as other times I’ve eaten at the woollen mill; my wife’s fish was mainly bones. Staff seemed ambivalent when mention. We got asked multiple times if we wanted water! and despite asking for our wine to come with the main we need to ask for it again.
Lovely evening with friends. Service was brilliant. Great cocktails and nice food.
Really lovely place for both food and drinks. The veggie nachos are Devine!!
Lovely staff and great service.
Staff were very rushed and kept forgetting drinks and food orders. Service was very rush, food was okay. We were 20 mins waiting for drinks order after rushing us to make a decision when we sat down. Indoor dining section upstairs was freezing and heaters weren’t working. Overall disappointing evening
Would definitely recommend. Slightly on the pricey side. Lovely atmosphere and staff were very friendly. Disappointed the sandwiches were not available at the weekends.
The staff were so kind and nothing was an issue. The service was brilliant and the food was lovely. Would definitely recommend
Lovely place for a relaxed dinner. Friendly and attentive service, accommodating of our young child and an extra member of our group, and we felt very safe with the covid precautions in place.
