The Yurt Café is a Social Enterprise run by The Royal Foundation of St Katharine (Charity 223849). We aim to create a space, which is engaging, fun, and welcoming to people from all walks of life and are guided by an Ethos of taking care of people. We care about how we communicate and include everyone. We care that our food is nutritional, freshly cooked on site, and as allergen and dietary aware as we are able. Note: we do source some of our cakes and pastries from a local baker. We care for our staff, paying London Living Wage, and support them as strongly as we can. We care to keep our menu affordable and have price-protected items. We care about recycling and being as sustainable as possible.

Lovely meal the night before lockdown. Cosy atmosphere with low lighting. Good service and tasty home cooked food.

The Yurt is a wonderful spot, hidden away one minute from Limehouse Station. The food is imaginative, beautifully cooked and presented. Truly a magical little place to meet friends and have a memorable cosy evening - I’ve been many times and will continue to do so. Gorgeous!
