Dining was very relaxing and enjoyable! Food was delicious and the staff very friendly and efficient. Would recommend Three Birds to friends and family.
A perfect weeknight treat. Gracious and efficient service. Approximately priced. And wonderful, flavorful food
Food was delicious, presentation was spectacular, and we ate upstairs which was very quiet. Had a beautiful night with my family and friends!
Michelle our server was professional and catered to our every request. She was friendly and wonderful!
Absolutely perfect dinner and wonderful service (Faith). If only we had room for dessert! We are so happy we found this restaurant while visiting the area!
On a recommendation we booked the restaurant. We were not disappointed in the High Point of the experience was the culinary/cuisine. Would highly recommend
Worst dining experience of an upscale restaurant
Poor and unprofessional service
Low quality food
An interesting menu. Dishes well prepared. A lovely dining room. Service both cordial and professional.
Three Birds is perfect for. Cozy date night or a special occasion! It is our preferred place to celebrate, they truly make is a special evening.
The best food we have had in forever. Will definitely be back. Everything was delicious.
We will be coming back soon- loved everything back the restaurant.
My friends and I really enjoyed the food and ambiance. We were in town for a girls’ weekend. The quality of the food was great. All meals-lamb, pecan encrusted pork and Creole Jambalaya- were tasty, plentiful and fresh. The desserts were delicious, decadent and generously sized. We would go back.
Best meal ever!!!! I had the rack of lamb dish. I also had the seafood chowder which was the best ever. Thank you for such a wonderful meal!!!
Food and Service were very good. Our reservation was initially outdoor but they were nice enough to accommodate our request for indoor seating. They offer a full bar but I would have liked a small cocktail menu for inspiration.
Amazing food and drinks! I got the salmon dish and it was superb!!
The food, the atmosphere, the service, the DESSERT!! Fantastic ♥️
Ambiance was great. Food was excellent and the staff was very cordial.
My husband and I went there for our 40th wedding anniversary. I requested a romantic and quiet table and was not disappointed. Our server was attentive but not intrusive. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. My husband had the Jambalaya and I had the special, Artic Char. Both will good portions, prepared well and delicious.
Quality food each and every time. The pecan crusted pork tenderloin is simply fantastic. Been returning for that dish for many, many years.
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Three Birds! Our party of 6 were seated at the chef's table in the dining room which was a bit private and very festive for our birthday celebration. We all loved the wedge salad and fish tacos that started our meal and our dinner entrees were equally impressive. The bone-in rib steak was pricey but definitely worth it, the lamb chops and salmon were perfectly cooked as was the entree special, arctic char. Roasted fingerling potatoes and Brussels sprouts were just the right seasonal accompaniments. We loved the key lime pie (just the right amount of tart vs sweet). Service was attentive but not obtrusive. Definitely want to return to taste all their seasonal menus.
Excellent service, food and ambience. Great for a special occasion,or date night!
Fabulous dinner, nice service and ambiance - did well with all the new restrictions.
Would definitely eat here again and would recommend to others.
While visiting Corning, NY we ate at the Three Birds Restaurant twice. The mixed green and Ceasar salads were delicious and the menu choices were wonderful. The Pork tenderloin dinner was awesome and so was the special that night, Arctic char fish and Faroe Island Salmon dinners were exceptional. You can't go wrong with this restaurant.
The food was AMAZING! Scallops, lamb, crab cakes and flat iron steak ALL were wonderful. We have been blessed by traveling around the world and eating at top restaurants and Three Birds was right up there with them! When we return to Corning we will DEFINETLY eat there again!
We had made reservations in advance. They did a great job of maintaining social distancing. We were seated on the second floor and had a great view of Market Street. The food choices were excellent and the food we ordered was outstanding. Wonderful ambiance made for a very memorable night. We will definitely be going there again!
Service is the best and the food is outstanding. Always completely happy with my experience there. My favorite place ❤
Salad was crisp and delicious - just the right amount of dressing. My husband had the scallops, I had the chef's special Chilean sea bass. Both of us were almost crying it was so delicious and well prepared. We send our appreciation to the chef, which we rarely do. The room was quiet and pretty. We just wanted a glass of wine each rather than a bottle, and we were happy with the generous pours. Highly recommend.
Interesting menu that made choosing complicated but the three dishes we shared were delicious. The oddest sounded dish - a ‘ceviche’ of sweet potato and melon - was a clever combination, a bit spicy (which we liked), and well balanced.
Outstanding experience. Service and food were awesome. John are server was on point all night. Excellent visit
Perfection in dining experience. The New Zealand Saivignon Blanc was fruity but sufficiently dry. The pork tenderloin entree, what many always mention, was delicious and completed by whipped potatoes light gravy, and asparagus. And we knew to save room for dessert: coffee with key lime pie for me and coffee and a decadent chocolate, fresh fruit and raspberry compote for my friend. It is a lovely setting upstairs with a whole wall of windows overlooking Market Street. Downstairs is also well appointed with art and inviting ambiance. We were happy to pay a little more for fine dining and for supporting a local owner doing everything he can to follow health regulations (going up one staircase and coming down another, for example) and trying to survive as a small business employer. Honestly, without being asked or invited, I wrote just such a positive review on YELP.
Spacing was good. Flowers and candle on the table was nice. The fresh baked bread was out of this world. The veal piccata was very tasty and presented in a little different manner. A nice unoaked French chardonnay was on the menu that we really enjoyed.
Three Birds Restaurant in Corning during the time of COVID-19 probably doesn't look as it did pre-pandemic, but the restaurant's menu, service, and ambiance maintain a very high standard. During a recent Sunday evening dinner, we enjoyed their fish soup and Caesar salad as appetizers, and the rack of lamb, fish tacos, shrimp jambalaya, and scallops as main courses. Their desserts--key lime pie, creme brulee, and tiramisu--were scrumptious.
Service is very friendly and attentive. All food arrived simultaneously for five diners, and the servers could not have been friendlier or helpful. We would definitely return to this restaurant, and look forward to their seasonally selected specials.
My friend and I had a very nice dinner. We were seated by the window with a view of Market Street. We had a very friendly efficient waitress. The food was very good and the restaurant was quiet enough for us to carry on a conversation. Three Birds is our special To Go place.
The server was lovely and the service was great. I did reserve a table but found the ambiance downstairs to be nicer than upstairs. The food was good however quite salty. Overall we had a nice time. I wasn’t blown away by the food though. The service was excellent I must say. I would recommend the restaurant for the atmosphere and service but not the food .
Good food and just the right amount! Pleasant staff, a little slow but we didn’t have anything else to do so It was fine.
Will definitely return
This was an anniversary dinner. The staff were friendly. Nice environment. Crabcake starter with wilted spinach had good lumps of crabmeat but the remoulade sauce was salty. Cod special was tasty with an intricate sauce. Veal piccata was tender but also had a salt problem. Definitely would go again if we find ourselves in Corning. Menu has a lot of intriguing choices and other than saltiness everything is well prepared.
Well run restaurant with the COVID-19 restrictions in place. Nice wine list but could use more local wine on the list. Had the sea bass special it was excellent! Second time there in 3 days
I had for the first time Sea bass and it was excellent!, I would definitely get it again also my wife had the chicken piccata and was also very pleased , this was my first visit to Three birds but it will not be my last!
Delicious scallops, try them if you like seafood. Excellent service too.
Great food, excellent service prices were reasonable for this restaurant.
