Three Vines Bistro
The three brother in laws who have opened the Three Vines Bistro, Joseph, Alex, and Serafino, have decided to bring the art of Italian dining to Saratoga Springs, NY. The Three Vines stands for their connection and the bond that they share both inside the walls of the restaurant and out. The family ties of Joseph, Alex, and Serafino can be tasted in the dishes that we serve and seen in the ambiance and service that we provide.
Sit back, relax, and manga.
You are now a part of our famiglia at Three Vines Bistro.
The restaurant was very clean. Our server, Barbara, was excellent. The artichoke appetizer was delicious. The lobster "meatball" was excellent except that it was served in too much butter. My friend's beet and goat cheese salad looked beautiful and plentiful and she said it was delicious. I wish you had more interesting bread or rolls. Price was good. I will be back.
Food was good but expensive and the portions weren’t very large. Even though there weren’t many other diners, it took a while for us to get our food.
I brought 2 friends who had never been there, and they loved it! All 3 of our meals were superb, and the server was outstanding as usual.
The pork osso bucco is a melt in your mouth delicious entree!
So, always great food.. that being said,,very busy time of year yet...a bit of confusion on reservations and getting what you ordered.. again, I attribute that to the time of year.. overall, it's still good but,,,, will be great again when things clear out...
Great food and service. We will definitely return.
Really sub quality food... had the “meetballs”
Foods shaped in meatball sized servings. Ordered 5 ... 2 out of 3 were good.
First time there. I had chicken parm and it was pretty dry. Sauce was good. My boyfriend had the bruschetta chicken and it was delicious. Our waitress was so so. Didn’t come around much. Never refilled our drinks. I would go again. Not in much of a hurry to get back.
Well my second trip wasn’t as good as the first , osobuco was not good as was the polenta , dry caked up on the plate I went there just for this fish which last visit was one of my best, so very disappointed
Great Sole and Ravioli. Will be back.
The food was exquisite... sole, angel hair pasta in olive oil and garlic, and roasted asparagus... really quite divine. The service was friendly and attentive.
The food was amazing. Service was very good. They were awesome to our children and allowed them to split a dish. This is a great newer spot and again, the food was a 5 out of a 5.
Food was great but service very slow due to problem with staffing for that night! Waitress sweet but overextended but we had a great meal! Bib lettuce salad...delicious and rigatoni bolonese, so good!
Tried this place while is Saratoga Travers weekend. We had reservations for outside, but they were able to
Fit us inside. Had the artichokes, salad, pizza and shrimp. Everything was fantastic! Was expecting a broader wine list given the name of the restaurant, but it was fine. This is definitely on our list when we return.
I have been there before with friends who live in Saratoga and love it, as do I now! The food is all so good!! Can't go wrong with the meatballs, all different kinds, I still to the regular ones, but all great! And the Eggplant rotelli! YUM, salads, desserts, you can NOT go wrong here, little strip center place, sometimes are where the hidden gems are! Service is very good and friendly as well!
A sleek, understated platform for surprisingly fine Italian dining. The pork osso bucco was a lavish, delicious treat. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.
GREAT food. Service was good as well. A little loud so if you are looking for super quiet maybe not the best place. But, you can have a conversation and a great meal at the same time. It's also reasonable. We went during racing season and it was still very much within reason.
Service and food are always wonderful. I had the best vodka sauce with penne pasta with two delicious “meatballs”
Food was fabulous! Our waitress was very nice. Probably a good idea we had a reservation we came at a crowded time . But next time in Saratoga would go back to the restaurant!
Mix up when we got there over server, so we sat for 10 minutes. Saw a couple seated and a server went to them, . immediately. However, when I went to the hostess to complain, a server showed up before I could finish explaining and from then on, everything was great. Would definitely go back if visiting, again. Food was delicious and more than enough!
Holy Cow a hidden gem that many people do not know about in Saratoga!!
The food is really really good, excellent service at reasonable prices.
My new favorite place here!!!
Staff were great. The food delicious and the portions were large
We were skeptical at first. We were a party of 8. Damia was our server and was awesome.
Food was fresh and Delicious. We will return.
We have been to most restaurants in Saratoga.
Three vines is our new favorite.
Delicious food! Wonderful service! Lobster meatball was a hit! Highly recommend!
Food was pretty good but people were standing behind us waiting for a table and yelling across our table to others at the bar it was uncomfortable
Service was very friendly, food freshly prepared. Will go there again next time I'm in Saratoga.
Best dinner we’ve had in Saratoga Springs, our server Barbara was amazing, will definitely come back next year!
Service was great, food was outstanding. Highly recommend!
Excellent service from Sabrina, hot and tasty wood-fired meals and 2 for 1 glasses of wine in bar area can’t be beat!
Good Italian food. Surprised it was good as it was based on the location. Space for the restaurant is not so good. If it had a bigger building and better space it would really do well. The food was good.
We love the Three Vines. We go there often in the off track season although we went this past Friday and was pleasantly surprised we were able to get a reservation. Always great no excellent food. I love TV because they have excellent gluten free choices especially the GF pizza. Love the 2 for 1 happy hour drinks. We missed seeing little Alex there this time heard he is working with his dad this summer. We love love the the Three Vines.
Have 2 gluten free diners. The staff was very accommodating. The vegan meatballs were delicious according to my GF wife & daughter, to the point they placed a 2nd order.
Over all, we really enjoyed it. Good family run restaurant that is great for a family dinner.
Service was great. Attentive and personable waitress. No veal dishes offered which was disappointing for an Italian restaurant. A side salad would have been a nice offering.
Truth is that while I made reservations when we got there we where shown a 12" table in the middle of the foot traffic.
We watched a couple come in after us and they were seated at a table for 4.
Although I was promised a table independent of a line of tables.
We were told that "they" made reservations! Well I made a reservation also!
We were told to wait and 1/2 hour went by so we left.
We are residences of Queensbury and not transients for the horse racing.
Sure they will get my business again.
Our meals were delicious and the wait staff was wonderful. I had the scallop pasta dish which was excellent. The wine offering was great and reasonably priced. That they have a designated parking in Saratoga is a huge plus.
Excellent spot when you are in the mood for Italian and not looking for a fancy dining experience. Good location with plenty of parking. Hostess was great on what was a busy night. Definitely a good dinner spot after the track.
Great food and service. We come here every time
we visit Saratoga!
Celebrating a new job
I visit Three Vines regularly and I have never been disappointed in their food or service. The food is exquisite. I highly recommend this restaurant - it's my favorite Italian place in the area.
Three Vines is one of our favorite places to eat in Saratoga. Great food, great service and easy parking. We love it.
An outstanding meal osu buxom was the best I got there before the races ended so that was great a hidden gem in Saratoga beingbi have eaten everywhere I’ll be back this Thursday
