We had breakfast in four. Premise: Two of us were significantly late because of unexpected very bad traffic conditions in the morning, but we still finished eating within 1.50 hour to free the table.
Food is good, and it is definitely worth going for the ambience!
On the other hand, service was awful: the waitress Eliska confused our tea (the tag is on the pot for a reason) and we ended up drinking each others drink. She kept staring at us when eating, and ignoring us when we actually needed something. At the end of the meal, and right within the 1.50hours time, the room was pretty empty (many tables available) so we decided to get a coffee before leaving. Very rudely we’ve been reminded to leave the table in 10 minutes. I totally understand that’s the policy of the restaurant, but as I have worked in hospitality as well, I would have never rushed my customers if there was no immediate need for the table. (Again, if it was busy or there was no table for 4 left, we’d have left immediately).
When asked for the bill, we split the bill in 4. The waitress took the initiative to split it by herself (which might be appreciated) as she probably didn’t trust us, but made a mess as she miscounted the payments! We ended up searching for coins because there were 2£ missing.
When leaving, no one, and I say no one, had the time to say anything. No greetings at all.
Considered the place, and the price, we were expecting a better service.
Overall: food is good, go if you’re around and don’t be late. Don’t expect any service though.

Amazing service, and food. Would’ve given it 5 stars but our mains took quite a while to come out. They did apologise for this in the end and opted to remove the service charge which was nice of them. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be going back.

Great service, relaxing atmosphere, we didn’t feel rushed at all. All the food was served on Tiffany China and looked beautiful.

This was our second visit to The Tiffany Blue Box Cafe, Harrods. We had previously been for dinner and came again to try the breakfast. As before the service and ambiance did not disappoint. We both had a bowl of fruit salad and a croissant of our choice. We chose chocolate and raspberry, with the third option being lemon. My partner had the salmon bagel and I opted for the strawberry waffle. We were very happy with our food, juices and hot drinks. Service was fantastic. At more than £85 however it was a very expensive breakfast.

I know it's probably down to what it stands for but extortionate money for what you get. The waiter was very persistent on getting you to order champagne, hot chocolate anything really as long as you would spend even more money that it already cost you.

It'd quite a small place, but well designed.

Quite crowded and small place, but interior is great. I didn’t like service - very slow. We waited for our breakfast for an hour! Also at the end staff forgot to give us our coats, we were waiting for them quite long.
Food was amazing, except of croissants, they were not fresh.

I am gluten free so afternoon tea can be a challenge, but the Blue Box cafe did not disappoint. They made me some lovely sandwiches and scones and some gorgeous cakes. It was a lovely tea and the service was great too. My only reservation is with the price, I think for £69 it should really be a champagne tea .

Nice meal and restaurant. Thought it was very strange that they leave the milk in the same jug from the previous people who ate at the table. Very unhygienic under current circumstances. When we asked for them to take it away when we arrived and bring a new one the waiter looked at us like we were being unreasonable. Who knows who could have coughed into that jug of milk?

I’m sorry but we felt the choice of sandwiches is very strange and not at all nice we didn’t actually eat them the cakes were very nicely presented but tiny the scones and champagne were the best part of afternoon tea. We have had lots of afternoon teas that were amazing I’m afraid to say that wasn’t and definitely wasn’t worth £207 !!!!! That’s ridiculous

Table for 4 on Sunday @12 for my daughters 18th Birthday... Breakfast at Tiffany’s! From the minute we arrived to the moment we left we were treated amazingly by all the staff! The service was impeccable ... attention to detail, politeness, advice on menu and drinks were above and beyond what we were expecting! The food was delicious.... I admit I was worried we would not have enough food when looking at the menu pre visit but there was more than enough and the value for money was excellent!
It was a very special day made even more memorable by our experience at The Blue Box.... highly recommended!

Excellent staff, very attentive. The cafe was lovely and we enjoyed every minute. The food was beautiful and well presented. My son had the salad, ravioli & the big apple for dessert. I had the beef tartar, salmon flatbread and the chocolate dessert. The Tiffany cocktail was lovely. My only disappointment was the salmon flatbread - it was very difficult to cut and I left a fair portion. Overall had a fabulous time and came away with great memories and some fabulous photos x

It's nice to be able to say I tried it but honestly the breakfast is so over priced. £90 for 2 cups of tea 2 small bowls of fruit, 2 dried out crossiant with hardly any filling and a very small main. I had the avocado toast and it was 1 slice of bread with the crusts cut off. It was a nice experience, the staff were all friendly and attentive and it was very clean and a lovely atmosphere. But I've been to much cheaper breakfasts that were just as nice with more food. If you arnt a massive fan of breakfast at tiffanys then it's really not worth it.

As a side note the lady at the table next to us made a few complaints, one was that her main arrived cold. Ours did too but because she created such a fuss to the nice staff we felt we shouldn't make matters worse. But really for the price you don't expect cold toast and eggs

Much ado about nothing. So much for Breakfast at Tiffany`s.
I was so looking forward to this unique experience. It was my birthday, so it was MEANT to be a treat for me. I might have had too high expectation but as it was Tiffany and Harrods, I thought it might be at least a 4* service! I am accustomed to fine dining and it was just disappointing.
The ambiance was nice, Tiffany blue decoration... but it was just a watch shop temporarily changed into a pop up Cafe. Wish it was made clearer during the reservation.
Please do not visit the loo... that is probably the worst!
Service was okay, but not even close to a 4*, not to mention if you were considering having higher expectation. Table was stained and cutlery missing.
Juice and coffee fine. Croissant was just a disaster! why to change the normal form, then just call it pastry!
Please note, service charge is not included in the set fee. It also was not made clear during the reservation.
Staff should have been trained. Serving tea, coffee, orange juice... not rocket science, and probably they would have done fine in a pub, but I thought it was meant to be (at least) a 4* experience.
I certainly would not recommend it to anyone and will never go back. I hope memories will fade and will only remember about being there with a good friend for my birthday and forget the service and food quality.
You may say it is petty, but it was a milestone birthday, which was made in the reservation and they didnt even mention it. You even get a `Happy Birthday` in a standard Cafe or pub...
We went to Fortnum & Mason after that and that was just amazing!

We visited the Blue Box cafe on Thursday evening and managed to get to our table 20 mins early and enjoyed a cocktail before choosing our food.
The cocktails were lovely.
The food was amazing. I really couldn’t recommend the cafe enough! The 2/3 course Dinner menu is so reasonable for the quality of food. One of the nicest meals I’ve ever had, and we eat at a lot of high end restaurants.
If I can Manage to get another table, we’ll be back!!!

Service was superb - we’ve been lucky enough to eat in quite a few leading restaurants and the service was better tonight than we’ve had in some of those.
The food was amazing. My husband had the steak tartare and I had the veloute to start. We both had the chicken as our main course. Couldn’t be faulted
I also highly recommend the Tiffany Martini!
Will definitely go back

Dinner was nice and the service is good. The food was ok but we were expecting a bit more in the presentation. The space is rather small so some of the tables are too close to each other. I saw a table got a Bday card. We mentioned that it was our Anniversary and they said nothing at all, a bit disappointing.
