We had such a lovely couple of hours.
Not been before but will be coming more often.
Attentive service, lovely food and nice atmosphere despite it being the last day they were open before tier 3 again!
Thank you for a wonderful Christmas Eve with our 2 small sons and Merry Christmas!
Friendly staff and lovely food. I never have a disappointment on the pier
We had afternoon tea. A little disappointed as it's gone very small compared to what it used to be. But it was very nice.
As usual it was a very pleasnt experiemce guven the current restrictions.
Great views whatver the weather
i went with my family for a Birthday treat we enjoyed it very much and will make sure we come again we do think you could give back the pound we paid to get on the pier as you are the only place we like to go.
Not quite the ambience we were expecting - imagine old dance hall overlooking the sea. Took about 45 minutes to just take our drink order as there didn't seem to be enough servers. When the food did eventually come, it seemed to be received okay. Except my cheesy chips arrived with just grated cheese dumped on top and not even melted. Sent it back to ask for the cheese to be melted a bit onto them - came back rather confusingly cold! Third time lucky. I myself found the menu rather limited as I was looking for a light lunch - the only option for sandwiches was an afternoon tea which is shared with two people which wasn't suitable. Sadly a bit of a disappointment for me and our gauge is always would be go back - unfortunately on this occasion we wouldn't.
After booking online and stating that the booking was for a birthday, our booking wasn't even checked upon arrival as it was so quiet. This was disappointing as it would have been nice to greet the birthday guest with a happy birthday or something similar. Food was great!
We had an afternoon tea for my daughter's birthday. Easily the best one in Weston-super-Mare, service exemplary, cakes (the brownie and bakewell, out of this world) were all amazing, and a scenic view as well.
As usual an excellent place for dinner in a great location at the end of the pier. We have been several times and this was just as good as the others. COVID safety precautions seems excellent with well spaced out table etc. We felt safe.
Fantastic venue, love the panoramic views.
Service was fantastic too. Food was great
Perhaps my favourite place to eat in Weston. The ambience and the view are fabulous, I'll definitely be returning soon.
Fantastic food in a beautiful place wouldn’t always recommend x
Good value for money staff very friendly and welcoming will be back view amazing
We always come here whenever in the area . Lovely place, good food. Kid friendly.
I took my mother there to celebrate her wedding anniversary. She loved every thing the high tea, the place and the veiws. I think it was well worth the money and would definitely go back again.
we had a very pleasant meal - service was qucik and the staff very polite
We ate here a few years ago and was very impressed, the food was first class and you could hardly get a table.
So this time we booked to make sure.
There was only 3 other tables taken so we needn’t have bothered.
The food was just ok.
We won’t be going again.
Excellent service and quality food love Weston-super-Mare and the pier
It was a lovely restaurant the waitress was lovely and the table was lovely looking over the sea
Very clean upmarket place to eat while at Weston super mare. Worth a visit you won't regret it!
The menu was limited but the meal was ok value for money
Very nice food. Staff very polite and friendly. Would love to come again.
Food amzing, service amazing, value amazing and would go back.
Lovely afternoon tea, good service and good value for money
Nice resaurant right at the end of the pier. The afternoon tea looked very good and we would come again for this.
The views in Tiffany’s are outstanding. It is a place of peace and quiet after bustle and noise in arcade. The food is always if good standard and service good . We enjoyed a very nice afternoon tea and recommend people to try this.
Great food. Great scenery. Rubbish and slow service with order wrong.
Normally Tiffany’s is great. And understandably, they could not accommodate my group of 3 as walk-ins due to the current climate, so we left and booked. Saw that it was taking bookings for 30 min later and decided to do that. Came back to find that they hadn’t written it down, which implies they use this service but didn’t check it. Since we booked, we were given a table, near up against the host/hostess podium in a front corner with a lovely view of several stacks of chairs (Our own chairs weren’t the standard chairs, but rather the smaller comfy chairs you would see people use more for just having a pint with friends in a pub rather than a meal. The child in our group wouldn’t have been able to eat that way.) By this point, we weren’t feeling like eating here and left. My complaint being mainly why use a booking service if you didn’t use it as it left us mainly feeling unwelcome. (Not including the email 2 days later that our booking had been “checked in”.. We had confirmation on site that it was booked so why 2 days later were we checked in?) - Never had a bad experience here so I would still recommend it. I would NOT recommend booking with them if not by phone since I don’t believe the service is being checked.
Still plenty of space for social distancing. Service was quick and the food for the afternoon tea was plentiful, tasty and very filling. Needless to say, there wasn't anything left at the end, not even for a doggy bag!
Really attentive and friendly staff. Quick service and easy to eat at the place. Reservation was all smooth.
Our table for three was ready when we arrived. We were seated immediately. We chose the afternoon tea. Our teas came in teapots and was loose leaf. I was missing a strainer, but they brought one as soon as I asked. The selection of savoury sandwiches was good; the scones delicious and he variety of cakes excellent. There was no problem in us asking for a box to take home the excess cakes.
Overall the afternoon tea is good value - in this case even better as part of the Eat out to Help out scheme. I will be returning!
Although the lunch menu was extremely limited, we really enjoyed the afternoon tea. We were the only table in there which explained the quick and prompt service but cant complain at that.
Great food. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Lovely air conditioned, spacious place with a great view of over the pier.
Took granddaughters for afternoon tea they absolutely loved it
We have eaten here on many occasions, beautiful settings.
Food was amazing.
The only thing that really did let it down was the service was extremely slow, infact a table in front of us after 20 min just got up and walked out!
We would have liked another drink, but no one came to serve us? We had to get the attention of the staff all the time for service.
A peaceful and relaxing haven with incredible views. The fish & chips is a few quid more expensive than places on the seafront, but it's worth it for the ambience alone, although the food is still excellent.
Food was decent but expensive, but given the location and service, I would go back daily if I could
Arranged prosecco tea for 2 for a pre mother's Day gift while they were on holiday ,arranged and paid over phone with no problems at all thoroughly enjoyed it
We had a lovely lunch at the end of the pier as part of my wife’s birthday celebrations. All of the staff were friendly and professional, and the food was excellent.
