Been here twice now. Can’t wait to go back. Staff are so friendly. The food is amazing. Wine is lovely too! Excellent location with a great atmosphere with plenty of indoor/outdoor seating.
Staff seem uninterested and cannot seem to take orders properly as they were various mix ups with our orders and the bill was wrong also
Servers were lovely food was amazing
The food and drinks were rather overpriced considering the quality of the food was mediocre at best. We also had to send back one of our steaks because we found a long black hair on top of it, when informed of this we given a half hearted apology along with an attempt to justify why there was a hair in the food. All of this was bad enough but when it is coupled by drunken teenagers screaming and brawling about 20 yards outside of the restaurant for around 45 minutes of our visit it truly made for an horrendous experience not made any better by being told to move tables (to a table closer to the commotion) 20 minutes after sitting down for what seemed like no discernible reason.
Arrived to be told that they had no trace of my booking. The waitress was very apologetic, although what appeared to be the manager/owner just ignored the fact and stood aggressively watching what all the staff were doing. A table was made available to us, however the food took ages to come after ordering. The manager made no effort to try and resolve this and merely stood in the same position throughout. When the food did arrive it was of a good standard and well presented. The staff were otherwise helpful and attentive. Given the initial experience, it is unlikely that I will return.
