Went here for the first time for Sunday brunch. It wasn’t too busy surprisingly, the seating is quite cosy and the service ok but neither exceptional nor friendly. Menu is ok although I’d have liked more vegan options - we went for the corn fritters, aubergine fritters, almond milk matcha latte and Americano with soy. One of the fritters was mistakenly served with an egg missing which they resolved quite quickly. Overall ok but not amazing - the food was good, nice location but a bit squashed and service minimalist.
After a previous bad experience at Timmy Green (waiting an hr for our food, food missing from our plates and waiting 30 mins to be seated for a table that we had previously booked) I wanted to give Timmy Green another try in hopes that they would redeem themselves. However on this occasion our food took 1 hr 30 mins to arrive, after repeatedly asking the waiting staff to chase our order. Overpriced and undervalue. Won't be dining here again.
The food was really good and the iced coffees good too. Prices were fair, service was good but the toilets were disgusting - like absolutely awful. Toilet paper covering the inside of the cubicles as well as outside of the toilets area.
We had the bottomless brunch. The food was great. The service was lovely.
Service was slow, food even slower. It’s expensive for what it is and I don’t think the menu is varied enough. Won’t return.
We had a business lunch and chose Timmy Green's for the Vegan and Veg options. The people who chose meat dishes where happy but... the rest of us were very disappointed with the Vegan and Veggie options. The aubergine dish with avocado and poached eggs was just mushy and bland. Needed some bread or tomatoes to enhance the flavour.
Yummy brunch - just wish it was all day brunch on a weekend not just until 4!
Food was great...truly instagrammable! However the service was very slow and we had to ask twice for an update on our order. Don’t be in a hurry on a Sunday.
The food wasn’t as good as usual - a little over cooked, but normally it is really nice. The smoothies are delicious. Despite staff being friendly the service is unbelievably slow, and has been every time I’ve been here. Don’t go if your starving because you will be waiting around an hour for your food
This is my second visit to Timmy Green and it is a good value, slightly alternative restaurant, well located. The service is pretty good, although they were busy so slightly slow. Food was good - we both had the "Bondi Breakfast" and the prices are very reasonable. More of a friends or family place than business lunch venue.
Amazing food both mains and desserts.... mouthwatering
A must place to try in London... first class
I love Timmy green at lunch and for casual friend catch up dinners. Always a cheerful atmosphere and the food is tasty and not too heavy - a nice Aussie feel to the whole thing. Lots of veggie friendly options.
Fab experience and great food!
Lovely afternoon for a bridal brunch!
We were very well looked after and the girls serving us were fabulous considering our larger than usual booking!
Terrible in every single way, shockingly bad and it’s too much to type.
It's an average restaurant. The aubergine dish I had was too oily (and I realise that aubergine absorbs oil but all of the accompaniments were oily too). The burger my friend ordered was ok. The service was ok. For a drink and a main it came to around £25 per head.
Fantastic service and food. Will definitely go again.
Great food but extremely slow service - took over an hour for any food to be brought to the table and we didn't even have drinks.
This place run out of staple items. Incl breakfast tea. They also got my vegan specified order wrong and charges £3 for a few extra berries. Terrible.
Polite and clean but waited 45 mins for food table beside us got there’s in 30 mins and we was there b4 them
Our brunch dishes were all over cooked - difficult to cut through the paratha and the bacon... Shame as had a great experience previously .
Food good, service friendly, all let down by poor, dark toilets!
I booked this restaurant for an Anniversary meal and were greeted with a complimentary glass of Cava.
We had a lovely table outside - and enjoyed the ambiance on a very hot summer's day.
I ordered the rib-eye steak which was fantastic.
I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Tasty food, good service, decent wine. Perfect for a lengthy chat filled brunch with an old and very dear friend. Definitely recommend this as a package 'to do' on a sunny Saturday.
Slow service. They couldn’t give us any plates to share starters?! They said the kitchen was too busy and they didn’t know if they could get plates? Food was not great - we sent back one dish because it was missing some items.
We went to Timmy Greens for my birthday lunch which I mentioned on the booking form although none of the staff referred to it. However, the staff were friendly and attentive. What let this restaurant down is the food. Having spent time in Australian we were looking forward to reexperiencing their excellent cuisine. Two of our party had the mixed sashimi salad. It looked very sad , the salad consisting of leaves and no garniture. I had the jackfruit curry. The rice and the bread tasted as if it had been reheated. It was a very small helping. The house white wine was good but this would not be enough to make us go back.
I had been recommended to go by a friend and had high expectations
The staff were very attentive and made us feel welcome. However bit disappointed by the choice on the menu. The watermelon, prawn and feta salad was tasty - but the main course portion size with a side of sweet potato fries was small for the high cost we were charged.
The place is stunning, the food was good and the service was fine until the end regarding payment. Me and my friends wanted to split the payment via what we ordered and then splitting the service between us, but the waiter kept demanding we split the overall bill between us, assuming we weren’t going to pay the service charge when we were. This behaviour towards us at the end left a sour note and made us question why we did leave the full charge.
I've been to other Daisy Green restaurants which were great but on this occasion the food delivery was very slow (>45 mins) and the rotis in the bacon roll were overcooked.
Lovely fresh food and brunch choices. Always seems to be just and I'm not surprised. Portions were generous which is nice to see as you are going for brunch you want to be full!
I have been here many times before for breakfast meetings and always enjoyed it. This time we attended for a friends birthday choosing the bottomless brunch option. On arrival, we discovered our table has been given away disputed having booked 3 weeks prior. There was a mix up with our order on more than one occasion and th whole experience was just disappointing.
FOOD VERY GOOD AND PRESENTED WELL. HOWEVER SERVICE WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTING.. THE FOOD CAME OUT VERY SLOWLY AND THE WAITERS WERE NOT VERY ATTENTIVE TO OUR TABLE, CAME VERY RARELY AND ONCE THEY WERE CALLED IT TOOK THEM AGES TO COME BACK.
I have been a few times. The service is very haphazard and sometimes quite unfriendly. The food is generally fine, but until they improve on service, there are many better options in the area.
In two minds about Timmy Green. The food was outstanding; all our brunch food and drinks were great especially the Coconut French Toast - one of the best brunch items I ever had in London! However the service is poor at best. We had to wait almost one hour between the time we ordered and the time the food arrived at our table. We asked the waitress who said she would look into it and let us know. She never did. We then asked the manager who said the chef was plating our food which arrived a good 15mn later. It was a Satruday and it was quite busy but this doesn't justify such a slow service. We got a £30 discount on the bill which is very appreciated and the food was worth it however the service needs to be improved if they want returning customers.
I came with 3 friends for a Birthday treat. We had brunch we shared 3 savoury and 2 sweet dishes. The Shakshouka and Coconut French toast went down very well . A bottle of procceco and a espresso martini to wash it down.
We was going to be seated in side but asked if we were able to sit out side as such a lovely day and this was not a problem. We had a lovely meal and would go back .
My only negative was the toilets needed sorting out .
We were rushing to get to the theatre waitress was so lovely and patient with us even worked out we would have enough time to eat your yum vegan choccy cake! Delish food and cocktails were fab please
open more branches!!!
Went there for brunch. Nice food, good service but not convinced the world needs charcoal sourdough..
Service was efficient, friendly and understanding- two of our party were late due to train cancellations but the staff didn’t make a fuss. They checked food was good for a nut allergy sufferer and everything was served quickly and with a smile. Range of food was excellent and tasty!
A great experience! Certainly the best restaurant of your chain! Beautiful atmosphere.
The only fault being that all members of the table must participate in the bottomless brunch which isn’t helpful for people that don’t drink- poor customer service on this front.
Made a booking and got put in an awkward corner table. Live music came on which was nice but made it difficult tp have a conversation. Food took a while to come out and felt it was over priced for what it was and how it was presented. Would not rush back in a hurry.
