Timmy Green Ratings and Reviews
We had dinner before Hamilton. Service was so friendly and efficient. Food was fantastic. The two kids had the chicken parm for two and, although it was huge, almost finished it because it was so tasty. Husband’s steak was perfect. The drinks were delicious. it was really a perfect place for a special dinner before your theatre. I would recommend you check the menu just because it’s not large and you might want to make sure everyone can find something they’d like.
It was the perfect place to meet up with family working in London. Close to Victoria; easy bus journey to see the Christmas lights and the meal was the perfect end to the evening. The welcome was warm and the service was efficient and friendly with our excellent Welsh waiter. The food was top quality and superb value for central London. We will be back!
I really like Timmy Green for both breakfast, lunch, dinner and a few cocktails! I recommend their rib eye steak as it's probably the best steak I've ever had! The atmosphere is really cool and the crowd is a nice mix.
They've had live music there on a Friday night before (maybe it's every Friday?) and although it was nice to have, it made it virtually impossible to hear other people at my table.
Service has been really good although they could hold off asking you every minute if you're ready to order. I know they need to turn tables around quickly so it's understandable.
I'd 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a nice healthy option in a great location and I can't wait to go there again for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
We came here for breakfast and for dinner on two different days while vacationing in London. This was a great option for us as my daughter is vegetarian and there were several options for her. For breakfast we had the Banana Bread and the granola/yogurt dishes. Both were filling and delicious. For dinner we had the Chicken Paillard (for me) and Fire Roasted Aubergine (for my daughter). Both were really good! and left room for dessert! We indulged in the Salted Caramel Brownie Sandwich! The Dulce de Leche topping was A-MAZ-ING! A great dinner for our last night in town! We would definitely come back!
By the way the only reason the service was a 4 is because both times that we went it took a significant amount of time to get the attention of the waitstaff to get our check and then it took another significant amount of time to get the check.
Fantastic experience here today. I am really glad my co-worker recommended this place to me. Staff was really helpful, and quick on their feet. I only had to make eye contact once, and they would come and attend to me straight away. Food was also well above expectations! I personally had the 'Fancy Bacon Roll', which was absolutely incredible! What a meal! Will definitely come back.
Timmy Green is a wonderful restaurant situated in the Nova Development. We were greet by an attentive front of house and the service through out was friendly but in the same manner highly professional. The cocktails were delivered with speed and I have to recommend the Raspberry Sour to everyone. Food was exceptional and managed to get the perfect balance of being light but filling.
Colleagues from work referred me to Timmy Greens as they had such a great experience. I was pleasantly satisfied with my experience also. I had the corn fritters with a side of their special hollandaise sauce and it was pretty impressive. The decor is beautiful also, I just wanted to stay there all afternoon and drink their lovely selection of wine. Highly recommend.
