Von der individuellen Bearbeitung meiner Anfrage per Mail, über den höflichen Empfang im Gebäude bis zum ausgesprochen aufmerksamen Kellner war es ein rundum gelungener Abend. Der Ausblick war spektakulär, die Ausstattung des Restaurants sehr geschmackvoll. Das Essen: 1. Gang Lachs - in Ordnung, 2. Gang Kabeljau bzw. Hühnchen und 3. Gang Schokodessert sehr gelungen. Nur das Anrichten des Hauptganges Fisch hätte definitiv mehr für‘s Auge bieten dürfen. Eine klare Empfehlung.

The breakfast buffet was a great experience. One of the cheaper ways to dine in the restaurant and loads of good options. We had a table right by the window and it was fairly quiet on a Monday morning.

Food choice very limited we had the lunch. Beautifully presented. Drinks v expensive. Nice experience but wouldn’t rush back.

Glum waiting staff and a 2.5 hour view of dirty dishes? If you answered "yes" this is the day out for you. If not, give it a miss. Poor service and mediocre food. A central design feature seems to be being used as a dumping ground for dirty dishes, which gets cleared seldom, is unprofessional and a complete eyesore. Staff have little concept of silver service. Go and see the view of the Shard, but save your money for an eatery more worthy of your patronage. Obviously skates by on the view and has little else to offer.
